The online course was good - the videos were of a good quality and the tutor was very knowledgeable, experienced and engaging and explained the concepts very well. The coursework helped give practical examples. However, once the course was completed my account was inactivated even though I had access until March 2025. It was fortunate that I downloaded all of the PDFs of the presentations but I would expect my access to continue until its end date. Moreover, when I emailed the company asking for my account to be re-activated, they ignored my email.

PS: thank you for your response, my access to the course has been reactivated and extended by a month. Thank you so much for your help.

Great use of Gamification and hand-on exercises in classroom

I was very impressed by the use of games and practical exercises used in the classroom training this really helped to drive home the principles and tools of Lean 6 sigma. Highly recommend for LSS training.

I recently completed a self-paced Six Sigma Black Belt course with ILSSI and it was a great experience. The course included lots of practical and universal examples, as well as useful calculation tools. The flexibility of the course allowed me to learn at my own pace. Additionally, there were plenty of extra resources provided to support my learning. I highly recommend this course and the ILSSI institute.

When I first thought about some terms like SIPOC and many, I was not sure about how the implementation is, but I know now how it's applied with a very basic examples explained by Anita. That's the journey I have completed in 5 days duration.

John delivered an extremely engaging week of Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green belt training to a cohort of 12. John made the training fun, valuable, and tailored to content to our particular use case well with various specific examples.
