I have completed the Yellow and Green Belt course and couldn't recommend it enough! The course was delivered via Zoom over 5 days, 2 days training for yellow belt exam and then 3 days training for the green belt exam. Each day we were provided with slides for the course content and at the end of the day we were sent a copy of the trainers notes and some homework. As the notes were so good it meant I didn't have to take many notes myself and could completely focus on listening and learning. The course covered everything that came up in the exam and was explained well with real world scenarios. My trainer was Anita and she was a great support throughout the week, couldn't do enough for us.

Anita shared her wisdom and expertise with great examples to help to understand the main lean six sigma concepts and six sigma basic stats. The course was interactive with class exercises, home work materials and videos from youtube. There is a lot to learn, so in addition to the training, self studying is needed to pass the exam.

Very good practical examples, adapting examples to my business area so that Lean Six Sigma principles can be better understood. A lot of exercises using Sigma XL and classroom tools (e.g. catapult). Time and space spent on making sure all tools and methods are well understood and discussed.

The online training for the Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification is an excellent and highly engaging course. The instructor, Anita Stalin, provides clear explanations and intuitive examples that are applicable to daily work. The homework after classes also helps to understand the practical part in applying Lean Six Sigma and serves as preparation for the exam as well. Anita is an excellent instructor and good at sharing her immense experience in Lean Six Sigma.

The booking procedure of the course could be improved. The course was also rescheduled from classroom training to online training, which was inconvenient. However, the online training was still very enjoyable.

Over the past few years I have used LSS Training Ltd for 3 separate courses. Firstly a one day 'Kaizen & Lean Thinking' course with a previous employer. Then more recently this year I took the Exam required to accredit my LSS Green Belt qualification which I already held. Then finally upgraded to/completed my LSS Black qualification. Throughout all my dealing with LSS Training Ltd all the staff and trainers (especially John Dennis) have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable on the subject they are teaching. I had taken two weeks off wort to take LSSBB course. I had spent 8 Hours a day to study from video and text resourses. It was a lot information to absorb in a short period of time. Then i took extra two weeks to prepare for the exam.
