I attended the 8 days Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course. Excellent course. Very intense. John has an impressive background and in depth knowledge. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to widen their knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.

The green belt training was held from John through Zoom due to Covid-19. It was great and enjoyed it a lot. John managed to keep the course lively and enjoyable. Thanks! We had parts of the class given by two other persons which was a good thing to keep it more alive. I can recommend this course for sure.

Since day one, Lean Six Sigma Training Ltd and their staff have been very supportive and undoubtedly customer-focused. They maintained a fluent communication and responded all my enquiries promptly. All administrative stuff (i.e. booking, payment, etc.) was processed remotely via email. Never had the need to call them.

I took the LSS Green belt course with John and Jimmy as trainers. Both are very experienced professionals able to answer any question one might had. I was looking forward to the Six Sigma part of the course and it did not disappoint! Just after the course, I went back to work and started applying a lot of what I learned with them, mostly Minitab stuff.

Needless to say, I passed the exam and got certified. I am going for the Black Belt upgrade with them in a few months.

This course was a great opportunity for me, I had contact with people from different background and I could review Lean Six Sigma concepts from a excellent profissional with focus on organizational culture and the importance of involving all the stakeholders with the improvement programs. I really appreciate everything that ILSSI made, I hope back next year for to learn more!
