course material was well documented and very comprehensive.
John is a great trainer, very patient and adjusting to trainee needs. Classes were very dynamic and discussions and experience sharing were always welcome.

The certification course offers good value for money, if you need some quick and cheep Six Sigma certification.

Unfortunately, the online course isn't really interactive and sophisticated, you'll get just one abstract presentation document and ebook of 700! pages to study to pass the test.

Good learning material for the self taught online course. I felt like I had a genuine and thorough understanding of LSS when I took the exam. The exam questions were tougher than many of the practice questions so don't let those lull you into thinking all the questions will be like them. Some are, but some are much trickier. If you studied and took the exam after feeling you genuinely understood all course material, you should be fine.

John is an excellent Mentor and his classes were really helpful to understand the lean six Sigma concepts. There were case studies during the session and he always went an extra mile to help us with our detailed questions . Wonderful support to start our lean Six Sigma journey. All participants have cleared the exam. His lectures and Training materias were great and this helped us to clear the exam

The green and black belt course covers a lot of ground and may make your brain hurt sometimes but it’s only because it is expanding. John provides great examples and will provide extra details on topics you wish to get into more depth. He will find a way for you to figure everything out.

The small number of attendees is a big plus and allows time to clarify everyone’s understanding of the subject. This way everybody progresses at the same time.

I highly recommend this course.

The recent Lean Six Sigma course was extremely relevant. The instructor John Dennis was very engaging and explained everything very concisely without gaps. This enabled us to take the certification exams with confidence and we passed with flying colours. I will be using this company again.

Excellent training this week for six sigma yellow belt. Covered all the material that was required to take the exam in a very efficient and professional manner.

Made allowances for attendees who had to deal with issues back at the office but still managed to fit the full training in.

To be able to direct training requirements to the users needs and take into account anything that may disrupt the intended training program shows a remarkable level of skill and adaptability.

Would not hesitate to recommend John to any organisation looking to properly train their staff in six sigma.

Was ok, but I did not pass exam.

John is a great teacher ! And the green belt and black belt 10 days training is a unique opportunity to reach the Black Belt level, even without previous Lean Six Sigma knowledge !
The material is very clear, structured and fully aligned with the exam requirements.

The class was maybe a bit too mixed, the level ranged from professionals to people with almost no knowledge of statistics. This could be a point to enhance.
The content and the course were enjoyable and interesting.

I attended the green belt lean six sigma course in Zurich, July 2019. Great coach, clear explanations on simple examples. For those who are seeking for more 'brain food' I can assure you that John will provide you an excellent guidance through more complex statistics as well, thereby breaking complicated statistical issues into easy understandable solutions.
