New dining room chairs
Very pleased with the purchase of our new dining chairs, we didn’t have to wait the 16 weeks as we were 1st told , just 12.
We were contacted by Lee Longlands delivery driver, they came on time , Tom & Mark brought the chairs in to the house , with lots of care , put them round our table before they left , excellent service, very professional thank you Tom & Mark .

Colin who look after us was very knowledgeable about the sofa we wanted
He was very patient with us was never pushy gave us space to talk and decide
We even went for a drink and returned to the store
We didn’t purchase the product on that day but went home to measure and rang the store the next day ! Even then Colin was wonderful

Zero after sales service
I now phoned customer service 6 times about a problem with our 2 sofas and a reclining chair by G-PLan. It has developed a terrible smell, like rancid garlic which is choking us. No one answers the phone and on the one occasion I did get hold of someone who promised to contact G-Plan about it - well, that was over 2 weeks ago when a timescale of 3 days was given. Very, very cross and upset about this.
Another 2 weeks has passed and no further forward. No return phone calls from the 6 messages. We have now been into the store twice and the manager promised some action - 10 days later nothing. Then today finally we had a phone call from G-Plan who will send someone out in 8 days time - somewhere between 1pm and 6pm. THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Absolutely disgusted with Lee Longlands and G-Plan and will never, ever buy anything from them again.

We're equally sorry that you've had to contact our Customer Care team on so many occasions without receiving the assistance or update you were promised. We completely understand your frustration, particularly after being advised that you would hear back within three days and still having no response more than two weeks later.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we recognise that your concerns need to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
We appreciate that you have already made considerable efforts to resolve this matter, and we would welcome the opportunity to review your outstanding concerns and help establish the next steps towards a resolution.

Excellent service on both deliveries
Excellent service on both deliveries, the first when my neighbour had to give access through his end terrace garden and fence to get the sofa ends and rocker/swivel G Plan furniture in to my property due to a misunderstanding at the sales stage and the second time today when I needed a replacement of the rocker/swivel chair and G Plan agreed an upgrade when replacing the part wasn’t acceptable, the delivery guys, Tony & Kane, actually managed to get the old one out and replacement through the hallway of my small terraced Victorian house. They were very accommodation and reassuring, polite and swift to set it all up.
