I want to express my appreciation for Nicole’s support today. I often feel frustrated when dealing with your company, but this interaction was different. Nicole demonstrated a truly professional manner and, most importantly, she listened — not just to my words, but to the frustration behind them. She acknowledged how I felt and reassured me quickly that she would help.

What made the biggest difference was that Nicole was not dismissive, and she did not sound like she was reading from a script. Her communication was authentic, human, and aligned with the values your organisation promotes: respect, accountability, responsiveness, and person‑centred service. She embodied these values in practice — not just in policy — and that is what restored my trust today.

Spoke to Grace today to arrange liability and contents insurance for my new rental property. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the different levels of cover, and I feel confident I have chosen the most suitable coverage for my situation. Grace was also able to provide me with information regarding utility and broadband providers which I was grateful for as that was something else on my to do list that I hadn’t yet got round to arranging. Grace was polite, friendly and very easy to talk to …. I didn’t feel rushed at any point to make a decision, and she clarified things that I was uncertain of. All in all a very positive and pleasant experience which I was extremely grateful for, especially since I have never rented a property before and unaware of all the ins and outs of the process.

It’s a good service for the landlord, insofar as it completes everything from a landlord perspective. However, if you’re a time poor, hard-working guarantor it’s a pain in the neck process, goes on forever and it’s clunky doing proof of income (I gave tax adviser details, then asked me for bank statements, you don’t need both and it’s clunky sending from online banking). I find these apps just put all the work on the client and client service is out the window.

Billy was really helpful and friendly on the phone. He guided us through the insurance plans and answered any questions of concerns we had. Very pleased with my interaction with him. Keep up the good work Billy. Thank you.

From the moment he answered, he was kind, respectful and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.

He listened carefully to what I said, repeated the key points back to me and outlined the information in a way that helped me fully understand what I was agreeing to and why. His patience and attention to detail made a real difference.
