Terrible company, do not use please. As a tenant I have not been able to contact for over a week via calls and emails. The document upload process is broken only allowing one per day. Makes renting so much more stressfull.

Jack was very helpful and patient with me. He explained the questions very well and answered my questions as best as he could. The call was less stressful due to speaking to jack.

Hattie was most helpful, polite and friendly, she went through everything so I was completely clear about what was on offer to help with my move and she wasn’t in anyway pushy or made me feel like I had to sign up for things I didn’t want or need, I’ve never had a service like this in all the years I’ve been renting so I was very impressed at the level of care Hattie showed at what is a stressful time with a move in general

i spoke to a member of your team by the name of Eleanor she was incredibly helpful, patient and professional, and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure everything was sorted properly.

Honestly, outstanding customer service , i have not experienced anything quite like it! . Eleanor is a real credit to the team, and I’m extremely grateful for all her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Having a portal with all the information in one place. Able to upload material to the site. Being able to keep track of progress.
Customer service good, sending emails to keep me updated on developments and/or clarification.
Had to spend 30min waiting on a call when asked to call back. Found out it was for contents insurance. Not great having to wait, but there is a 14 day cooling off period for the contents insurance.

A lovely lady called Faye helped me through the process. She was extremely kind as I had just returned from surgery and was struggling to reply to all the emails regarding the tenancy. Thanks Faye

My experience was smooth and easy to understand in a 15 minute phone call, thank you especially to Billy who explained everything quickly whilst still being clear.

Overall, I had a good experience with Legal for Landlords. The referencing process was handled professionally, and the team was helpful and responsive throughout.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a delay caused by technical issues, which extended the process longer than expected. While this was a little frustrating, the team kept things moving once the issue was resolved.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend Legal for Landlords to others.
