We found the decision of choosing an…
We found the decision of choosing an appropriate urn for our fur baby quite difficult, but once we saw the heart shaped pet urn, we knew it was the one.
It arrived in a timely manner and was really well packaged. There was no chance that it was going to get damaged on its journey from the Netherlands. The urn is well made and it now takes pride of place in our bedroom.

Disappointed Customer Service
My package was delivered whilst I was away. FedEx have been a nightmare to contact, eventually I rearranged delivery for 24/10/22. I have just been notified it will be delivered tomorrow. I am at work. I contacted LegendUrn last week to ask for their help and they have not replied. Disappointed all round.

We hear it's mainly due to the circumstances surroudning the delivery part of the order which is carried out by FedEx.
Even though we understand it can be frustrating when delivery is not according to schedule or when an external party like FedEx or DHL can't be contacted as you see fit.
It is not something we have actual influence over.
We do apologize if youve contcted us and we didn't get back to you.
If we can't be reached by phone one can always send us an e-mail.
Furthermore we hope the item you've purchased on the other hand did not dissapoint.
And if so mind you we have a free return and or exchange policy.

Small but full of sentiment.
I wanted a small ornament to put some of my husbands ashes in. I chose a bronze swan in flight. It is very tactile, not at all morbid, so it is pleasant to hold and look at and makes a very attractive ornament for display without being obvious of what it actually is.

Overall very satisfied
Item took longer to arrive then the 10 days stated, but we were happy to wait. It arrived with the box a bit dented but the item was very well packaged and was undamaged. If one thing could be improved I would say to let get updates from artist if an item is out of stock.

Thank you for your review despite your rating of but one star without providing any argument as to why or how you came to this 1-sar rating.
We see you've ordered an urn on June 22nd with a delivery time of 5-10 working days as mentioned on our website.
When we got the urn from our supplier it had arrived broken of which we immediately informed you by e-mail.
Logically we had to reorder it and we hope you understand that when we receive an item from our supplier in a broken state we can't ship it out to you and so we had to reorder it for you with the supplying workshop.
The new urn was send out on the 4th of July.
Fedex then took quite some time to deliver the parcel at yours as it only got delivered on July 11th.
We have no influence over the scheduling of couriers like DHL and FedEx and we are not the cause of any delays occuring at the concerning transport companies despite the contracts we have with them.
We hope this clears up the situation, also for other customers to show that you're one star review is based on some unfortunate incidents mostly outside our own control.
We hope that nonetheless you're happy woth the urn you've ordered.

I do love it, but !
I do love it, I was worried it would be broken when it arrived but thankfully it wasn't. It was wrapped up really well. It got delivered within the time frame. The only negative is the colour, it was much lighter than the picture on the website. There is a warning that they are one off peaces so colours may very.
