Beautiful urn. Arrived well packaged and very quickly. Has really made a difficult time a little bit brighter.

Bamboo Urn not the best quality and the lid didn’t fit, it rattles around I’m going to have to superglue it to stop it coming off. Not what you need when you’re grieving, not enough time to order a replacement.

The Urn i ordered did not arrived for my husbands cremation which was last Tuesday, when they said it would be delivered and asking for more money aswell, everything is upsetting enough without having complications, so I have ordered from another company in England, so I will have to return to sender.

I placed my order on 5th July hoping to receive it by the end of July as the website states delivery is usually within 3 weeks, so I was delighted when I actually received my order on 14th July. I ordered the miniature rose urn which is really beautiful, just exactly what I wanted.
