Team allways very helpful with any questions , which i reeled of about 12 to Luke and what he couldn’t answer he asked another team member . the store is well stocked but not to cramped . This visit was for new carbon one up bars and hope tr stem and they price matched both at my request giving a saving of 10% which is appreciated. Worth noting that a visit rather than online saved me money.

went to the York Road Leeds branch to get a new bike helmet. I had a rough idea of my head size , one of the staff asked if I needed help I said I was interested in a Troy Lee Designs A3 helmet. He helped me try various sized helmets and checked the fit he was very helpful and advised on the size that would be best for me . Unfortunately they didn't have my size or the colour I wanted , but said they had that one in stock and he could order me one or I could order it myself online which I did . I forgot to ask his name but his advise was spot on and the helmet is a perfect fit and very comfortable . Thank you.

Amazing service from the Leeds shop - told paul i had work at 3pm so they got the bike done first so i could pick up before work. Great team great mechanic and also quality pricing. These guys always do the most when i drop my rig off for works. Thanks guys. Legends 👍

I and my wife have each had a good experience. My wife’s Ribble hybrid needed tlc after a brief immersion in the Leeds Liverpool canal. A number of Leeds area cycle shops backed off altogether from taking on the repair or quoted around replacement cost of a new bike. The others were put off by working on the motor encased in the wheel hub. Not Lakes Leisure Leeds however who both replaced the battery and stripped and greased the motor for 30% of the cost of the bike.
I for my part have a Ribble ALE step through hybrid bike. Again Lakes Leisure at Leeds have excelled. The Mahle X 35 system was not providing a smooth change down from the higher to lower levels of assistance. They were able to trace the problem to the Ribble fitted lights which were interfering with the function of the Mahle X35 system - which is now working normally..
After two testing experiences we cannot praise their Leeds branch highly enough.

I have visited two stores now in the last week (York and Leeds) looking to purchase a full suspension mtb, and was looking for advice on what was a good model, spec and value for money and although i was approached by a sales person in each store, it felt like neither where that bothered about showing me the different bikes on offer and when I asked about different bikes, the bikes where never removed from the stands or asked if i wanted to sit on them , and all I was told in both store was "there plenty on the website have a look there". I came out of both shops very underwhelmed and not excited which I am sure you would agree buying a new bike shouldn't feel like this. I have a very different experience at another shop and although slightly more expensive I will be taking business there has they couldn't do enough.

They had what I wanted at the time it was needed. Doesn't get much better than that. The young man who served me was knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Very good to be honest. Bike was cheap and everything I asked for was added on with no issues and was all ready when I went to collect. Also sorted my son’s bike out as well after Halfords set it up badly wrong when I bought it from them.

Great service from LLB LEEDS store - thanks to paul , the young lad on the counter and Tom the bike tech who got the headset sorted on my rig. 30 mins turn round time from in store and back out again. Always helpful can not recommend the staff here enough✅

An absolutely amazing purchase the whole shop overall provides everything you need i got a helmet and it fits nice, the speed of shipping in insanely fast and the shop has everything you need.

I had ordered an item from Leisure Lakes and after 4 months the item had not arrived, the manufacturers could not supply it. The shop assistant investigated the item and came up with an alternative supplier for the same thing at as very similar price. New part has fitted the bill. That's dedication to get a satisfied customer

i ordered two bike tyres 17 days ago and it said pick up with in 15 days i phoned them yesterday and he just said you will get a email when they come in if i don’t get them by Friday i want a full refund and i will go somewhere else not happy and my grandson isn’t After talking to Wayne at Leisure Lakes Bikes in Leeds he said it was down to the suppliers they didn’t tell them that they only had one tyre and i am very grateful for what Wayne did for me and gave me two tyres today the 21st so i would like to give Wayne 5 stars for sorting it out and also to Leisure Lakes Bikes i will use them again many thanks again
