Ordered online and told item would be ready next day. It arrived 3 days later and I never get notifications items are ready for collection.

Always helpful and friendly. I went to their Wolverhampton store, having purchased several items from them previously. On this Occassion, they helped me out when I needed my stem sorted on my MTB and then did not charge despite offering to pay. Top service, recommended!

They were extremely helpful in sourcing the exact E-MTB I was looking for, despite it being out of stock elsewhere, and the pricing was very competitive. I was kept informed at every stage of the order, which was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I was given a thorough briefing on how the bike works, and various components were adjusted to suit my riding style. Overall, it was a really great experience.

I have just purchased the Merida dirt jumper 500 from the West Bromwich store and found the service to be incredible, from Jenny who originally advised me i had brought the correct bike but the wrong size, to Isaac and another guy when I went to collect the Merida 500 dirt jumper which I have brought my son for Christmas , their wealth of knowledge and their passion for what they sell is un rivalled, thank you again so much for advising a bike novice on which bike to buy my son.

From the simple order online to the follow up call to let me know when to expect the delivery. Even when the bike arrived there was a kit supplied by leisure lake bikes for everything you need to assemble. Didn’t expect that at all. Usually it’s manufactures basics but this was a great touch. I’m in south wales and would definitely buy from them again. Overall great purchase thank you

Used leisure lakes for years and can't fault them, they are very knowledgeable and can help you if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for but if you do they can help with that also. Always very friendly and they have a very good range of products. My last 3 bike were bought from them and I can't see myself going elsewhere
