Ordered tyre on 30 October got tyre on 11th of November via Royal mail

I visited the West Bromwich store to look at a Trek Checkpoint Gravel bike. The only one available was in the Leisurelakes Daventry store. After trying another Trek for size, the staff member offered to have the Daventry one brought to West Brom.
That happened within a couple of days and I went to look and buy the bike.
I had trouble with my new credit card and the staff were so helpful and solution-focused that we quickly got the problem sorted thanks to Dave and his colleagues. He also helped with a parking issue I had.
One of the ladies made me a cup of coffee while I was on the phone to the bank and that was very kind of her.
The bike was presented ready to ride and they’d even set the saddle to the right height that I’d mentioned on my first visit.
The whole experience was very, very good and I can’t recommend the store and its staff highly enough.

Superb Service. Ordered the bike on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Contacted by the office quickly after tge order to ensure it was out on the next pick up. Original date was a week ahead when ordered off the website.

Bike arrived well packaged with good instructions to put together.

160 mile ride from London to Birmingham, within the 31 bikes there were loads of punctures, slipping gears, broken cranks and chains. thanks to these guys the service I had and tubeless tyre fitted I did not have one issue, great service

Had my bike stolen and needed to replace it. Bought my last bike from LL West Bromwich in 2022. So when I needed to replace it I started off there. Spoke to Jenny who was very helpful I knew roughly what I was looking for and she managed to sort it all out for me. She ordered and sorted out fitting of some extras I specified. When all was ready they delivered the bike to my home. The showroom was absolutely packed with new bikes. So much choice. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

Online purchase was simple. In store experience was excellent, Izaks product knowledge superb whilst listening to my requirements and budget.

Returned a helmet that I brought online for my son.
The guy who spoke to us was really knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice with helmet selection.
I did end up having a refund as I wasn’t 100% and I wanted to shop around a bit more.
Fantastic service! Will miss this branch being so convenient for us.
