A very good service.
I ordered a bike from the internet which was assigned to Leisure Lakes West Brom as my nearest store. I got lots of updates about the order and an email to confirm the delivery day.
I rang on the day of the delivery and the lady at the store, rang the driver and then rang me back with an ETA. When the driver arrived I was very impressed with the solid rack in the back of the van and the driver even told my wife that I got a cracking deal to pick the bike up for £300. The bike arrived without any packaging for to dispose of and other than charging the Di2 battery and screwing pedals on is ready to ride.
I am very impressed with this service and will certainly be using Leisure Lakes again.

From the 1st click on the website to when I picked up my bike from in store, the whole process was professional and the communication was clear. would happily recommend

Took my bike into the West Brom store to get a new chain fitted and the gears re-indexed, excellent service from Pete the mechanic, he even took it round the block for a spin to make sure it was spot on…😁. I’ll definitely be using the store again when needed, thanks.

Purchased an ebike from West Brom store today. Absolutely great service from initial phone conversation, to sourcing my bike, setting it up and explaining everything I needed to know. No issues, very efficient

I bought a new 2022 Trek Marlin 8 from Leisure Lakes West Bromwich online recently. Within a few days it was delivered fully assembled and everything checked & set FOC to my house by Dave who was brilliant. He explained everything to me & we discussed importance of maintenance. I shall be taking my bike back to Leisure Lakes West Brom for its free first service & have no hesiation to use them for ongoing servicing and spares. I highly recommend Leisure Lakes West Bromwich to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing bikes in the West Midlands.
