Danke schön
Danke schön, die Kleider waren wie immer wunderschön. Nur sollte es laut Aktion für 3 Golightly Artikeln eine Plüschkatze als Geschenk sein- wurde aber nicht mitgeliefert. Schade. Meine Tochter hat die erwartet.

In regards to Cat being free when purchasing 3 Golightly items is true, however to be able to receive it for free the information informed you will need to add it to your cart in order to receive it for free. Your order did not contain Cat, I'm afraid, therefore it was not delivered, due to it not being ordered, so sorry and understand your daughter is dissapointed, but your order was send correctly. Altijd goede service
Altijd goede service, product is ook echt wat je koopt volgens de foto’s in de webshop en het is altijd een feest om je pakket uit te pakken.
Ook als je advies nodig hebt over wat oudere Dolly pettiskirts staan ze klaar om je vragen te beantwoorden.

Change the size table for your dresses
Change the size table for your dresses. Or mark some them as "smaller than regular size, choose 1 size large." when you byu 2 dresses one size, and find out that one fits perfectly and other is extremely small, you fill dissapointed, you even don't know which size you should select for a change, cause you do not trust size table. And you spend time and money sending It back.
PS. The quality of the dress is high. Dress is very beautifull. Just sizing issue.

As we have replied your emails with information about our size charts informing the size charts are to use as a guide and the 2 dresses you ordered are very different in style so it can occur an item does not fit even if you chose the same size for both. One dress is a very simple A-line dress, which will basically always fit, and only wears shorter in length or longer in length depending on body length and posture, while the other dress is more fitted and might not fit, depending on waist, body length and posture. These items are in our collection for many years sold worldwide in high qty's without any sizing issues. We also informed you are of course welcome to exchange size. We do very well know which size to select for a change, based on our size table and based on the information provided by a customer. There are tracking updates and once arrive in your country new tracking will be presented once your parcel receives a new scan.
