We are extremely pleased we chose to use Lextons over other competitors. James and the team were professional and always available to answer any questions. We also liked how prompt the viewing feedback was delivered to us. Lextons pushed for the sale of our property whilst managing to achieve a price we were very happy with. We would highly recommended.

We had previously been trying to sell our property with two other estate agents prior to using to Lextons, so the easiest way for me to review the service we received would be to highlight the areas that Lextons provided us with, which ultimately ended with the successful and painless sale of our property within a tight timeframe.

Firstly, the approach felt very different. I was massively impressed with the professionalism and proactivity of Lextons in order to find potential suitors for our property. Even prior to going onto the correct avenues to advertise the property, Lextons had already managed to arrange 6 viewings (more than we had in the last 6 weeks). The modernisation of estate agency service is something that really impressed me. I have always found with other estate agents it would be myself doing the chasing for updates but with Lextons we were provided with constant feedback and the email confirmation and reminders of viewings for our property proved extremely useful and was appreciated as a way of keeping us in the loop.

The excellent service didn’t stop there, as soon as we had a suitable buyer, Lextons continued to help make sure the sale stayed on track within the previously mentioned tight timeframes we had to complete. Their advice was invaluable and the personability shown from Lextons made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. A service unlike any other I have experienced in the Brighton and Hove area who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to not only sell their property but also looking for an estate agent they can rely on and trust.

Always friendly, on time and efficient. These guys bent over backwards multiple times to help us get a purchase over the line. We definitely didn't feel like just another potential buyer/seller. Also the quality of their listings and photography was stellar.

Far ahead of the competition, Really was a pleasure to deal with all the team at Lextons while selling our flat, they approached things very positively despite not being an ideal time of year to sell. Took the time to understand what made our property attractive and generated lots of viewings in no time. In a very short time these viewings turned into a very good sale price.
You only have to meet them, see the way they present themselves, their promotional material etc to see why they more than earn their fee. Added to this even after a sale was agreed they were always easy to get hold of and assist with speeding the process through to completion, a combination of hard work and expertise.

Lextons provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced from an Estate Agency. Peter Phillips and his professional staff are knowledgeable, supportive and productive. They have twice managed to retain a full asking price offer on my house (twice because of circumstances out of their control) and negotiations are always stress-free. Lextons are client-lead, and progressive in their approach - their prior experience in the London market is evident in their worldly-attitude, and vast knowledge of the UK market. I certainly will only ever use Lextons from now on.

Lextons are by far the best estate agent that i have dealt with. After making the big mistake of using an online based agent whose name i wont mention i was beginning to loose a bit of hope. I had it on for 4 months with this agent and then i decided to use Lextons and in just over a week i had agreed a sale.
The staff were so lovely to deal with . It has been so stress free throughout.

Right from the start, they presented as a very professional, organised and knowledgeable company. Their'pitch' was that they offered a different and more modern approach to house selling, and this proved to be the case. Within a week they had produced a very classy presentation of our house and secured some dozen viewings. Within 2 weeks we had an asking price offer. Unfortunately this fell through due to the buyer's I'll health. However, later that day they had arranged another raft of viewings and 2 days later secured a second asking price offer, which has progressed to a sale. All this is after having been with a local estate agent for 9 months without any hint of an offer!
Their involvement did not end there. Throughout the whole process they continued to be very supportive, regularly checking on the state of the chain, giving good advice and during the exchange process , which was not without it's problems, working tirelessly to resolve the issues that arose.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Every member of the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic.
