I was genuinely excited to try Lexxola for the first time, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

My order (#545420) was never delivered due to a carrier error, not because of anything I did. The parcel was returned by DPD, yet I was left waiting for over a week with no proper response or solution from Lexxola’s customer service.

I had to eventually file a chargeback with my bank because I was left with no choice.

Kept me updated through the whole shipment from informing me about the delay to corresponding with every question I had and ensuring that I felt well taken care of. I received a pair of sunglasses as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately they broke after just a couple of wears. I reached out to customer service and was helped by Emily, who went above and beyond. The style I originally had was out of stock, but she quickly arranged to send me a new pair completely free of charge. Since I was traveling at the time, she even shipped them to the address where I was staying so I didn’t have to wait until I returned to the States.

It’s rare to come across such thoughtful, accommodating service these days. Emily made what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Couldn’t be happier with how it was handled!

Product is very bad for the price - don’t buy it

I received excellent customer service from Emily, she was professional, helpful and friendly even though I needed some assistance at multiple steps/times. I also appreciate Lexxola's flexibility when I wanted to return/exchange an item.

Do not, under any circumstances,
do business with this company. A simple return has turned into a nightmare. Lexxola responds with a courteous email but does nothing to expedite the problem. I finally had my bank contest the charge...but I'm still out $50+ in mailing charges. And now, I'm in the middle of this dispute between UPS and Lexxola. I received a bill from UPS for $398.07 sourced to Lexxola.

I have bought a pair of sunglasses from Lexxola that look absolutely stunning! The quality is also great and what I was expecting from them. Glasses also came with a nice bag, which felt quite unique, and the delivery process was also very short and as stated by the brand.
