Unprofessional and unaware of Liberty processes.
Found a broker on the Liberty webpage, Michael Meehan. Provided us with invalid advice and after speaking with Liberty directly it appears Michael is not aware of the Liberty refinance process. Very poor communication, seemed to only be interested in communicating with my partner, I had to chase him up for an email response and when he decided to reply it was unnecessarily passive and not what he had discussed with my partner. A very sexist man. We have young children and he told my partner to find a kids show with attractive females so he would enjoy watching tv with the kids. Would have been easier and more professional to deal direct with Liberty.

Michael Meehan helped us solve our financial issues, consolidating our multiple debts into one. On top of that he's picked the best interest rate in the market and worked hard toward getting an approval for it. A bit of hiccup relating to waiting time but otherwise a great experience.
I highly recommended his services for anyone who might have the same issues we had.
