The idea of buying a house (again) was a bit daunting as so much had changed since last time but Tom was an absolute dream to work with. He answered questions over and over again for me and explained things really carefully so I understood all of it.
He always got back to me when he said he would and also checked in to see if I needed any further mention.
My loan was not the easiest nor the biggest loan but Tom really made sure that this transaction was about me finally getting back in to my own home - not about the commission, not about the size of the sale and not about number game (get them in, get them out).
