My in-Law's were scammed via a cold call, they are both in their 90's, both suffer ill health.
I work for a charity who support the elderly many of whom have dementia or physical disabilities.
It's rich pickings where I work so I suggest someone from your company contact me asap, If you send a representative to my workplace I can arrange a meeting & you can explain all the benefits to our customers.
I'll also invite all my SE London friends who may also benefit from you scheme, maybe a few local police officers as well, I'm sure they'd like to access the discounts you promise.

Absolute disgrace. How do these people sleep at night. Scammed my 88 year old mother, who has vascular dementia, out of £399.95. I'm so angry that a direct debit can be set up so easily. What are the banks doing here? They go on and on about security and then this happens. Unforgivable. I'll ask for a refund via the Direct Debit Guarantee.

70 year old father been hit for £399!!! Total disgrace of a company!!!

My elderly mother has been scammed out of £399,95. A direct debit has been set up. How can people pray on the vulnerable? Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

absolute lowlife company, pure garbage and should be ripped apart by the police for the lies and theft they carry out, have been in touch with the bank and if they steal from my account again i will be going to the police to lodge a complaint

This company taking out of my account for no reason I'm so angry I did not even sign up to this I'm going to my bank to report this company

My mother who is 75 and recently widowed has had £399 taken from her account today, she did not sign up to this! Upon speaking to Lifestyle Perks they explained it was a trial period and only by cancelling would this stop any future payments. They say they will refund the payment, find this dubious at best. This company is not to be trusted.

Absolute scam they continually called on a Sunday from an Indian call centre saying I’d over paid on washing machine insurance plan, initially told them to do one then in the end after they were saying I was due a refund of £190 I gave them my account number and sort , trying to think what they could do with that , they already had my name and address ( I did in fact have an insurance plan for washer ) a few days later they tried taking a direct debit payment and sent me a welcome letter saying I agreed to the lifestyle club which was absolute nonsense lifestyle perks was never mentioned in the numerous phone calls, I will be reporting this to the police , and to lifestyle perks if you are reading this please don’t bother with a pathetic response on here , you have my name and address I’d much prefer you come and apologise to me in person

I found a debit to my bank account for £399 to this organization today. I never signed up to use this organization. Thankfully NatWest reimbursed my account.
I read a review which reflected my experience.
I warn everyone to stay clear of this organization. I don’t know how they got my details. They are an unethical organization. AVOID THEM

I would vote minus zero if I could. I was sent a pack with card I never asked for this or used it. The first I knew was when a debit for £399.90 was taken from my bank. I rang the bank who credited it back. I believe I may have completed a survey and they passed the info on SO IF YOU ARE IN THE MIND TO COMPLETE ANY SURVEY DON’T IT MAY LEAD TO you being scammed as I was.

Just realised £399.95 has gone out of our account and £1.00 went out a couple of days ago. I only realised because my account went overdrawn otherwise more payment could have possibly gone out! It's a direct debit so I cancelled it straight away as we haven't even made the direct debit or had any contact with the company. I don't know how they were able to create this DD without our permission.
Reading the other reviews it seems many have been scammed in the same way.
Not sure how to or even if we will get the money back.

Like so many others, I was absolutely disgusted to discover that my brother-in-law, who is 86 and has Dementia, has had £400.95 taken from his bank account. First, £1.00 was taken on 18 March and then £399.95 on 22 March. A well-known method of taking advantage of vulnerable individuals who are unlikely to pick up on it.
I have tried to contact the company but no one is ever available to take my call. I have POA and need to arrange for the money to be refunded to him immediately.
How am I supposed to achieve this when no one takes my call?

Respuesta de Lifestyle Perks
Absolutely diabiolical, they scammed my 88 year old Mum out of over £400.00!! By reading the other reviews here it seems this is their standard 'go to' for getting business. Awful, what's my mum supposed to do now????

Respuesta de Lifestyle Perks
Like many of the genuine reviews on here, my elderly relative had £1 then a few days later £399.95 taken by direct debit. The £1 was clearly a sighter before going for the big shot. What other purpose can it serve? Do other businesses do it?
I have a Power of Attorney for my relative and the bank rightly made me jump through hoops to access her bank account, but allowed a stranger with no credentials to access her account on the basis that, if you spot it, you can get your money back. That's a bit like saying we're not going to do anything about mugging because we will give you your money back if you're mugged.
Use the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Disgusting ..my 92 year old mum has just arrived very distressed because 399.95 taken out of her account .
She has not given out her details so unsure how they got them
How these companies can live with themselves conning elderly people is beyond me .
I really hope that their loved ones find themselves in the same position .
You are a scamming underhand vile company .
Off to the bank we go .

Respuesta de Lifestyle Perks
First knew of this company was my wife had 399.95 taken out by Direct Debit which she had not set up and after reading other comments about a £1.00 taken a few days earlier we checked her account and found the same. Have no idea how they can set up DD without our input. This was today and contacted bank had a stop on it. Have been refunding fortunately. Seems all security is useless at times.

Respuesta de Lifestyle Perks
Absolutely Disgusting!!!
I have just received my Grandma’s bank statement which shows me an amount of £1.00 was taken on the 28th January followed by a further £399.95 on the 8th February!!!!! My Grandma is 90, has Dementia and has absolutely no recollection of giving these people her bank details. I have searched her house for any paperwork relating to this company and decided to Google them where I was shocked to find it was a total scam and other people have been robbed of their hard earned pension monies. This is now with a solicitor and hopefully this will be resolved as a matter of urgency.
