I wish they would reply to emails…

I wish they would reply to emails quicker, sometimes I wait days. Have been using extra strength ultra formula for nine months now. I am almost at the shade of blue I wanted.I think it will take one more bottle. As I said they are very slow right now and my last prder was delayed, I waited days for a reply to my email. But they did eventually respond think I would have been at my finished blue by noe, it is wasn't for their delay.

I do not other review, but I am happy to in this case as everyone should know that these worked for me and my friend. Contacting them is always a breeze and delivery that most places I shop with. Trying now to get my mum to use, so we can match:)

So stocked to report good news about this product. I was worried about how I would do, given my very dark eyes, but the results are more than I could have hoped. They can be a little slow to respond these days, but isn't everyone :)

Amazing. Patience and consistency for results!!

Amazing. I’ve used Ultra X for just over a year now, and my results are starting to really come in. I must admit in the first 4-6 months I was a little unsure if anything was happening, but I really wanted results so I carried on. I’m super happy I did because my dark brown eyes are now up to a medium-light brown, and the green flecks that used to be visible only under torchlight are now visible in daylight. I think the key is consistency and patience. Plus, if you keep the drops in tue fridge, they feel really soothing in the eye, so that’s a daily motivation to use! Thank you so much LightEyez.

WARNING DO NOT BUY

WARNING! This does not work! I Religiously put these eyedrops in three times in the morning, three times in the afternoon and three times in the evening. I did this every day for six months and my eyes did not change one little bit. I bought six bottles in total and was told I would receive a full refund if they did not work which is also stated on their website. I contacted lighteyez and advised that the drops did not work and they said that they would refund me but it would take two months for a cheque to arrive. I waited two months and contacted them again but they kept saying that the office is still closed and then finally they stopped replying to my messages on Facebook. I reported this to my credit card company and managed to get my money back that way. Like I said do not buy these drops they do not work. I have brown eyes and I still have brown eyes!

BEWARE: Not Worth Risking Your Vision For

I haven't gotten any results from their products. I decided to try a product I hadn't tried before. It caused my eye to swell so badly I need to be on cortisone.

The company couldn't have cared less and refused to give me a refund!

Update 1/21: The company responds to this review. Their overly detailed, rambling response written by someone with obviously zero medical background, blithely ignores my eye swelling because no one else reported any issues, Well, case closed. As long as no one else needed medical intervention, it's perfectly acceptable that I did.

I'm lucky I wasn't blinded. I've never had an eye swell like that before in my entire life. It was their POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS EYE DROPS that caused it.

The company is so cheap and so unconcerned with their customers' well-being they'd rather argue in a public forum than just apologize and give a lousy $400 refund. Also, how about paying for my medical bill and medication cost? That's not in their "policy" either I'm sure.

There's a word for companies like these that don't back their products: shady. They must get a lot of complaints that's why they don't give refunds. They'd go broke if they did.

Learn from my mistake, don't risk your eyesight with a company and an unsafe product like this.

To get back at me for my bad review the company wrote my name and address in their response. Nice way to doxx me, LightEyez.

Update: Their reply was removed by Trust Pilot and they put it right back up with my name. Like I said, shady company.

Thanks for your review. And I am sorry for the problems you experienced. I have looked at your order history and see you have been successfully using our products since March 2019 without any reported issues. I do see you used sporadically across 2019, using products across different months, but never the same product for a consistent period of time, that is required to see changes. We do recommend using the same product for a minimum of six months to see changes, Im afraid your usage is not consistent with these directions and this would be why you did not see any changes. Your lack of change is therefore not indicative of the efficacy of our products. but instead because they were not used as directed.

I do see that you switched to our strongest product in 2020 for one month. This was a new product that you had not tried before. You emailed in and advised that you experienced irritation in just one eye only, but not both.. This is definitely unusual and not something that we typically hear of. Typically, if irritation occurs it would be across both eyes. I have also checked back on the batch numbers you used and we had no reported issues from other customers before, during or after this period. Also at the time you reported this, we tested the products to make sure the levels of ingredients were optimal (as this is normal company policy if any problems are reported). At the time no discrepancies were found and through testing no irritation was eperienced. I do also note that at the time we requested that you return the product so that we could fully test the solution, as well as the dropper assembly to see if there was any issues with that. We also requested that you send pictures of the eye issue, so that it could be reviewed by our medical team. Unfortunately, we never received this or a return. So we're unable to test further.

In light of this then it does seem unlikely that this was caused by the drops themselves, as you did advise that you used in both eyes equally and it would be expected that any irritation or sensitivity would show up in both eyes. It is not uncommon for irritation in eyes to form by making accidental contact with the eye, through rubbing scratching or even sneezing or tension when applying the drops. All of this can be experienced as irritation.. I do also see that you used the glass applicator to apply the eye drop, and it is possible that you may have touched one eye with the applicator. Indeed, this would explain why you only experienced a problem in one eye, yet used the drops in both your eyes equally. Since the eyes do share the same drainage and sensory pathways, we typically see irritation across both eyes.

I do note that my customer relations team reached out to you and offered to replace your order more than once. We also offered to replace with a different product type, or with one that you had used previously with good success. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on orders that have been used and therefore could not accommodate this request. (We only offer refunds when products have been used for six months within the guarantee period).

Since you have used products from us for over one year without issue, this does seem to have been an isolated incidence. We did try and make things right with you by replacing the product / product type. However, unfortunately you never took us up on this offer. I am sorry that we could not help you further. Since you have purchased with us previously, I am sure that you would experience a benefit from using one of our many other products in the future. We are always more than happy to replace your items or resend your order, please do get in touch if this is something you wish to do.

However, regardless if you choose to use our products again, we wish you the best of luck in your future eye change journey,

Light Eyez products are expensive yes

Light Eyez products are expensive yes, but they say you get what you pay for. Responsible customer service, even during the pandemic, combined with powerful results. I think Light Eyez is worth it.

A little about myself first

A little about myself first. My lifelong dream is to have blue eyes. I was born with blue eyes as a kid but these changed when I was five.
LightEyez Ultra x colour changing Drop is the best product I have used and I have tried many, including laser. This product is fulfilling my dream of getting my blue eyes back. I have used for four months and have been seeing considerably lightening. I think I’m half way there and so excited for the future.
Always happy with their customer services, Karl recommended this product and it is perfect. The delivery is also fast, but has slowed a little during Covid-19. Overall excellent product and service.

I have had some frustration with the…

I have had some frustration with the delivery provided by LE. I wish they would use a courier carrier and not the post service. I have had two broken packages over a year, the post service is just not reliable. I would pay extra for UPS or FedEx, if that was an option. They are always happy to replace the broken product. However, I think it would be more financially viable for the company to use more effective delivery options in the first place. Or at least have the option!
I am impressed by the Ultra line I have been using. I’m still less than six months in, but my eyes have changed considerably and I’m excited for the future.

Service response for this company is really good. I am always sending them emails and they reply within 1-2 days, consistently. I have tried many products of theirs and have always been happy. I have been most impressed with the Advanced Mushroom and have seen quick results with this and some msm.

Patience is a virtue

Patience is a virtue. Yes, The results are slow and expensive but they are worth it in the end.
They delivery a top notch product and top notch service to boot.

Slow but Real!

Hello; I have been using LightEyez UltraX v.3 eyedrops for six months, and am very happy with the results! Six months ago when I started my eyes were medium to dark green with brown blotches around the edges. Now they are completely light green with shades of blue starting in places. My goal is to make them light blue. It isn‘t a fast process. It‘s a slow one, but it works, and I‘m quite excited. The difference is a big one when people who haven‘t seen me for a long time see my eyes now. In certain lights, my eyes were so dark green that others couldn‘t see my pupils. Now you can see my pupils against my light green eyes all the time. I can’t wait to get them light blue the way I want them. I see it coming. Many Thanks!

I have been using the ultra X for a…

I have been using the ultra X for a little over a month now and I’m honestly amazed, even from the first few days! I started dark green and light brown on the inner circle, now they are very dark blue on the outside and appear really pretty green in pictures. I am going to keep using until I get icy blue/green eyes which I definitely think is possible. I use 3 drops per eye 4-5 times a day. It’s pricey but worth it especially if it’s permanent. Thank you!!!
