More than two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal and the only thing Support does is ask me to change the method. But even when I have tried the method they suggest, they won't process the withdrawal. Scam site. Almost impossible to make withdrawals. If you make a deposit and win, you are not allowed to withdraw before all your deposit is used. So if you depost like 200 euros and win 300 euros on your first 1 euro bet. You cannot withdraw 499 euros like normal sites.The higher deposit, the more you will loose. If you win big on a bonusplay, max withdrawal is between 250-500 euros or 5 times bonus. Pure scam...Stay away.

Don't play here. Customer service is really bad, they lie and don't know anything. Bonuses have max win you can take out. For example max 5 times the bonus amount. If you are Lucky enough to be vip your messages dont get answers and nothing changes. There are lot good casinos that value customers, this is not one of them. They also congratz you if you happen to win and lose it. That was shocking to me.
