Matthew Hawkins sorted a new MiFi device for our MD earlier this year. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured the device was tested before he sent it out. Now the good weather is here, MD is happily using the device for remote working. Thank you so much Matthew.

Jacob responded to my query quickly and in full. It is always so good to have a person who quickly answers the phone and sorts the problem straight away so I can get on with the work I need to do.

We are extremely pleased with our recent upgrade to a cloud-based phone system. The whole process was smooth and professionally managed from start to finish. Aidan was knowledgeable, responsive and kept us informed throughout. The new system has significantly improved call quality, reliability and flexibility, making it much easier for our staff to communicate with customers. We would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a cloud phone solution.

Richard attended our site to place our new internet in and was super and efficient.

Hamzah attended on site this morning to set up my new laptop. To say he was helpful would be an understatement, Hamzah went over and above, to make sure I had everything I needed throughout set up.

I really wish we’d requested more in writing.
I would say we’ve worked with the company for some years now, but that’s not true. Simply, we’ve been the ones working to get some support, to get Lily to stick to what was promised, to get Lily to stop excusing their lack of telecoms that underpins our organisation, to get Lily to wade through their previous comm’s to us on how they said they would provide a service that till this day, still isn’t being provided. The lies and deceit, the constant underperformance of their service and passing the book, anyone would think it’s a Netflix series we’re describing. We can’t wait to leave and use someone more reputable.

After getting through a longer telephone security check than usual before she could help me, Deja then got straight to the problem. She fixed the glitch in a fast efficient manner with no fuss or drama. I was very happy with her service. Keep it up.

Richard was very helpful and attentive when doing our health check. He took precautionary measures to prevent further problems with the phones and was efficient in doing this. Great service - Thankyou!

Ash was very helpful and managed to resolve quite a tricky issue.

Richard has been and essential part of our onboarding. We have a very complicated phone system set up and he helped the process run very smoothly, with minimal disruption.

Tom and Richard installed cable, the cabling installation has been assessed. overall the work demonstrated a solid level of workmanship with several strengths and reliable equipment.

Richard - who is our regular engineer was brillaint as always. Very knowledgable and helpful. Not only solving our issues but offerng advice and explaining so I can understand and better use our equipment.
We are a busy wedding venue and he is always accomidating to work around our requirements. A pleasue to work with.

Lily's engineer, Richard spent the day with us setting up our new phones. He was very friendly attentive, and helped with any initial issues we were having. He went above and beyond to make sure we were in the best position to hit the ground running with the new phones and I would highly recommend Richard and Lily Comms.

We had Richard and Mike in our residential home to complete a internet network upgrade, Both were lovely people, very professional and tidy. Both communicated plans well and the upgrades they have installed have transformed our service. Could not recommend enough.
