We took our little dog Anya who had died this morning.the lady guided us through the cremation. We chose a wooden urne and to have a footprint done without her advice We would have been lost.she was so kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone that has to make this decision to go to Kirton pet cemetery.

spoke to a nice lady on the phone she was able to take my baby in on the same day of calling , nice little chapel of rest to place your beloved pet lots of urns to choose from in the small office area, i felt my baby was in good hands ,i got her back the next day she was able to put in the same urn as my beloved poodle whom i lost a year earlier which is a great comfort knowing there with one another side by side , would highly recommend lovely caring staff ..

I have used Lincolnshire Pet Crematorium on four separate occasions over the years. The first time the cremation was arranged through my vets. The following times I arranged them myself directly. Each time, Seana has looked after myself and my pets with nothing but the deepest care and compassion. Yesterday, Seana drove all the way out to the Lincolnshire Wolds to collect my beloved cat who had passed away unexpectedly. She handled her respectfully, and with compassion. She was also incredibly kind to me, when I broke down in tears on the doorstep. Seana followed my wishes precisely, explained everything in detail, and looked after my precious girl from start to finish. She returned my beloved girl today, twenty-four hours later, to my home. She was in her urn, packed with utmost care, within a beautiful bag with a dove on the side. This all meant the world to me. All these little touches are so important. Thank you, Seana, for making one of the most upsetting times of my life that bit easier.

Lots of information on website nothing like what’s offered in real situations. Nowhere to say goodbye other than where I had to leave him. Felt watched and rushed. Not sensitive or empathic. Picked my baby up and he was stacked in a cupboard of boxes along with everyone else’s pets 😢 to claim a dignified service and this wasn’t further than the truth. If you have to do it this way at least hide your cabinet from grieving owners.
No memorial garden, no place to sit and love on him one last time. Just hand him and your card over. Heartbroken these are my final memories of him. Makes me want to open a pet crematorium just to give these fur babies what they actually deserve and to treat heartbroken owners with the care and sensitivity they need.

We had to have our rescue dog from Turkey put to sleep on the vets advice. He was treated with care and dignatry by the vets, but the Cremation procedure was a nightmare. First a call demanding payment before any action was taken, although I tried to explain the insurance would take care of everything, on the pressure applied I paid the requested sum. after contacting Many Pets they informed me they take care of the costs, and I should not have paid them. It has caused me a lot of stress and yesterday I received a request from Many pets requesting a copy of the invoice I paid them, because the above company told them to contact me for the invoice I had paid. Here we are a month latter not a word from the Cremation service, despite one of their staff saying it was the manager that spoke to me, and she should not have responded like that... and to give me a leaflet to improve facilities no shame no dignatry, would we treat humans like this?

Sorry I didn't come to you, I have in the past and had good service. I live a little further away and my current vet uses a different crematorium, so I went with them. They were supposed to tell me when they had picked my baby up so I could go and see her, I phoned to check what was happening and she had already been cremated. A friend paid the bill, my baby was given her name! I don't feel confident that when the ashes come back they will be hers and my last memory is her leaving our home in a carrier instead of at peace in the Chapel of rest.

They were brilliant. Really lovely when my Labrador paseed away. Collected her from the vets and returned the ashes to be very quickly. thank you

Very nice setting the Chapel of rest was such a calm and beautiful space, exceptionally kind and friendly staff. Such reasonable prices too.

They really do seem to care when you speak to them on the phone. Not visited the premises so can’t comment on that.

If your reading this then I appreciate there is never a good time to be reading this and the loss of your family member/pet hurts like no other pain.
For me its absolutely vital that at that time you have someone who can help make the arrangements for your pet to be cremated with respect.
Having been told by one crem to put our beloved dog in the boot of our car for a day until they were open again, it was a breath of fresh air to come across lincs pet crematorium.
The staff were lovely, no hassle and were really friendly.
You know when someone gets it, you know, they understand how your feeling and want to help, well thats how we felt when they dealt with maddie for us.

They are out in boston, but the reality is, to make sure my fur baby was looked after I would have driven to scotland.

I cannot rate them highly enough, not overly expensive for a private cremation on her own, they helped with this difficult period thank you
