Staff are friendly. One of them do basic BSL. Also use SMS instead of phone call to inform me whether my car was ready or need repairs.

Had their mobile service, at my workplace. Rang when they said pre-arrival (which is very helpful) met and discussed and was told the time period, again, very helpful, was able to go back into work. Rang at the end of the work, at the time he’d stated, again very helpful. All good, will use them again. Paid a bit extra for the mobile service but the attention to detail, regarding the phone calls and timings was exactly what I needed, TOP MARKS from me. Mark,

The whole process from dropping my car…
The whole process from dropping my car off for diagnostics to collection was so professional. Their staff very polite a nothing too much trouble. Can be a worry finding somewhere to take your car for issues but I’m so pleased I found them and chose to take it there. Highly recommended. Car went in for MOT our Rennee Renault and failed so my husband was telephoned and everything was explained what needed doing and new parts etc we were given option to just pk up etc but work needed doing so went ahead.Same day call to say parts are ordered and Car will be ready nxt day.Phone call next day from Gentleman to say car all sorted and we can pick up.Excellent reliable service & very Polite Staff throughout.
