Patrick was very helpful and spent a lot of time going through the pros and pitfalls of liquidation. Fortunately I didn't need to use his services ultimately as business has improved (for now!). If I have any issues in the future he will be my first contact.

I have been really really disappointed…
I have been really really disappointed with this company. Given me no guidance. Originally out a 1* review on and they asked me to take it down and would help me. Surprise surprise they have gone back to no communication. I have called, emailed and texted and nothing received. This is such a stressful time in my life. I have been without an income for 3 months and I am still non the wiser.

The team
The team, particularly Grace and Maisie walked us through the MVL process very well.
At first glance the process looks very daunting, but the team were very experienced and communicated each step clearly. All the clarification made the overall process much easier to complete.
It was quick and it has only taken a few weeks from the start to get to the funds distribution which we received today.
Whilst the liquidation process isn't finished, as it awaits the HMRC input I am happy with how the liquidation centre team eased the process

The process was very straightforward and very efficient. The final distribution of funds is still pending as I write, but overall I’m very pleased with the way everything has been handled by the Liquidation Centre and would certainly recommend.

Company Liquidation
I decided to close my company and my accountant recommended Exigen/Liquidation Centre to undertake the process. My details were passed to them by my accountant and they promptly contacted me to explain the process and the expected timeline.
Grace Burton took me through the first three stages, being the initial enagagement, gathering of appropriate information and completion of the liquidation documents. Everything was very clearly explained and straightforward to complete.
The next stage dealing with the actual liquidation was passed to Fazir Waqar to undertake. Having supplied additional documents requested, the initial distribution of 90% of funds was approved within six working days with payment also received that day.
The final distribution is currently outstanding but so far I have received a very professional service.
