Teachers at Listen & Learn help students learn quickly
Instructors create inspired presentations, which are good at transmitting information, but not necessarily good at maintaining or increasing student’s interest in the subject. There is no space for the student to be active or creative. The only role for the student is that of a sponge. Making sure the student remains interested in the material requires different strategies on the part of the instructor, underlying all of which is the recognition of certain psychological and intellectual needs of the students. The teachers at Listen & Learn make sure all of their students become competent learners, self-directed and experientially involved in their learning. Students want learning to be life-centered and applicable.
My goal, as an instructor for Listen & Learn is to generate a situation in which students attempt to sort out the issues and relate them to their own experience, solve the problems involved, and convince one another of their own views. In short, allow the students’ to search out the answers for themselves, and create self-reliance in dealing with the problems of material.

Listen & Learn is very much focused on individual students' different levels. Listen & Learn would divide the levels into beginner, elementary, lower-intermediate, intermediate, upper-intermediate, advanced and professional.
Listen & Learn divide all the different levels and encourage students to improve further in a short time. That's why teachers can focus on individual students' each weaknesses and help them to develop their language skills more quickly in most effective way.
