Please avoid this company at all costs! This company needs some serious work in customer service and also providing a product when one orders and pays. There are many articles online that suggest that they too are the victim of scams - please beware!!! I placed an order recently for health supplements after reading that they were a respected and legitimate company... I'm now working with my bank to file fraudulent charges to get my money back. It's really sick what people will do these days.

I have emailed this company several times about my order. They charged my account before the product was shipped and today makes 2 weeks the product still has not been shipped. I will be filing charges against this company for theft. I have asked for a refund several times and nothing so now I will have to take further actions. I don't have money to give away and I am not going to take this lying down.

I ordered weeks ago, have not received order...contacted multiple times and still waiting for response...i will be filing a fraud claim against them. Extremely dissatisfied

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. i placed my order and the website said it was ready for shipment. i waited for 5 days and when nothing came i sent an email to the company and they said it would be shipped. that was two weeks ago. there has been no response from this company to the countless emails and phone calls i have left. do not do business with this company unless you like throwing your money away.

again after no response i contacted the FBI regarding internet fraud. it becomes a federal offense since it is committed over the internet. their suggestion to keep all transaction and communication details but try to contact again to see if it could be resolved. i sent an email to the company telling them of the current situation and rec'd an email within 10 minutes indicating they would refund. please keep this in mind if you have no luck in contacting them. also the site is administered by Go Daddy and they were also contacted informing of the deceptive trade practices and said they are now aware. Visa card services Fraud division was also contacted and informed and has flagged the site. if you do not get your product and they keep your money there are ways to get refunds and also put a stop to the business practices of Live Lean Today.

I buy ephedrine hcl from them. fast service, good price. I have asthma and the drug dealers have made it almost impossible to buy ephedrine. I had to go to the doctor to get a prescription to buy something I used to buy at the store when I needed it. Thanks to Live Lean Today I can order a months supply and don't have to pay for a trip to the doctor 2-3 times a year.

So far I have not received my shipment. I was charged for the entire shipment before the order was fulfilled. How can they charge me before they know if they have the product? This certainly is smelling like a scam.

I do not think i will order from them again. The products I ordered are not good quality compared to other stores.

I received what I ordered but found the service slow. It took over 2 weeks to ship. But my order was complete when it arrived

This was my second order with Liveleantoday. I had problems both times in communicating with them concerning the shipping of the orders. I expressed my concerns and hopefully I'll have better success next time. They do carry excellent products that work.

Have shopped around and have found this distributor to be one of the best. Quality products with reasonable prices and great service!

I ordered product on several occasions and the service is inconsistent, but the customer service is always slow and non-responsive. Twice I had to contact customer service to obtain the status of my shipment. Once the payment was taken from my account but I had not received a tracking number over a week later when I finally received an apology email and the shipment arrived 3 days later. On my latest shipment it was sent to an old address (even though I entered the updated address and the database will not allow me to remove the old address). When I notified customer service of the issue it took 3 days for a reply, which was one line....we shipped to your address. So I had to resend my order to show I had updated the address. Two days later I received an email apologizing for the error, acknowledging my frustration and saying they would take care of it. Four days later I have not received a new shipment, new tracking number, response to my follow up email...but they have my $56.00!

when i placed my order i ordered 4 bottles of product i paid for 4 bottles of product you sent me one bottle of product .you did not tell me anything about the other 3 bottles.i waited for another 2 weeks for the rest of my order ,then i e mailed you about it ,only then you tell me that the product i ordered had been discontinued.you took my money for all 4 bottles.you have not said anything about refunding me the rest of my money or giveing me a credit for any more product. so what gives

I love how quickly the product was delivered and the free shipping, but the product (ephedra) seems to be grossly overpriced.
