Ordered a product shown on their WEB site and waited for it to be delivered. After more than a week with no proactive communication from the company, I checked my account, only to find out the product I ordered was no longer produced. If I hadn't followed up, I would still be waiting and wondering.
They had my e-mail and phone number and could have easily been proactive and contacted me to advise. Poor service and no follow up means I more than likely will not try to do business with them in the future.

They beat all other internet prices by a substantial difference and delivery time was less than a week.

the guy I was emailing wasnt very helpful. I kept asking when I was going to get my order. I asked if it shipped and he said yes. 3 days later I asked for a tracking number and he said one would immediately be sent to me after it shipped. so I asked where it was then because he said it had shipped 3 days ago and his response was "it has shipped". that wasnt helpful at all. but thanks for my product anyway!

I ordered a product over two weeks ago and I email customer service and I got two sentences....Your stuff shipped checking on status will follow-up.

And guess what ZERO on the follow-up

The only drawback about ordering from LiveLeanToday is the delay in shipping. It takes too long to receive your order. Still, when it finally arrives it is packaged nicely and the product is undamaged.

I ordered it July 30 and still haven't received my order, so kind of silly to have me do a review!!!

Very good once they sent the DEA form and that was processed. After that everything it went super fast! Im happy.

I placed an order July 24, 2013 and it is now August 14, 2013 and I have not received it yet. I realize from Shark Tank that you are having trouble keepin up but this is trying my patience. I will be giving you a call today to see when and if I'm going to receive my order.

The company is very reliable. The prices are not too bad. Wish they were cheaper! But they r very efficient & very competent! Can rely on their service!

Let's see...I made my order via the Internet...I received a call that my card does not go through because a lack of funds.. which was bs because i had enough in my back account. ..so I gave them the debit card number once again I never heard from them so I assumed there was a mistake onb theb first attempt. ..av waked a week for my merchandise. .. and nothing. ..I call and they say it wasn't shipped because they were waiting for one item. .. which I never received an email. ..I was so frustrated I canceled my order. ..then b the next day I receive a call that my order was never processed because my debit card didn't go through. .. which b once again is bs because I have more than enough in my account. ... so beware of this company...I should have researched this v company before going through all this...

As a first time purchaser, I was not sure if I would get my order in a timely manner or not. In fact, I got it much faster than expected!!! My computer had a issue and would not download the new customer form and it was emailed to me in seconds after my contacting them! I highly recommend liveleantoday.com!!!

I ordered twice from you, the first time i received a cracked lid and now I ordered over three weeks ago and still have yet to get my order!

from purchase to receiving the item took alil longer then expected. When I finally got all the forms taken care of, the shipping wasn't too bad, but the entire process took awhile

I'm thankful for LiveLeanToday - great variety of products and, so far, i am pleased with the items/supplements.

I was happy to see that I could find the brands I like at a very reasonable price.

I found ephedrine again! The cost has sure sky rocketed in the past several years, but at least I can get it again and the total price listed included the postage and shipping charge.

Great and fast service. Will order from them again!
