Order acknowledged within minutes, good track of parcel and delivery

The blouse looked lovely online and very feminine. However when I tried it on the neckline didn’t sit well and the sleeves weren’t long enough. I tried undoing the button to extend the ‘V’ neckline but that didn’t make any difference to the way it sat on me. I was vey disappointed and had to return it.

I ordered 3 shoes but received 2 and an apology for the 3rd one not being available meanwhile at the point of purchase I could add to my cart. Even till now its still available to order.

I still have not received my order despite being told by Dpd over a week ago that they were about to receive it from lk bennet

Because they were a perfect fit very stylish and comfortable.

My order was split into three parcels
I was not kept informed of deliveries of two out of three even though my money has been taken.
I ordered an item that showed in stock twice, money was taken and I was told it was out of stock and I would be refunded

I love the shoes!! They are made with high quality materials, they fit true to size and offer exceptional confort.

Zero customer service! How do you get a response from this company?! I have a query regarding LK Bennett borrowed. I ended up speaking to an off shore call centre who were no use whatsoever. I emailed this company last week and still my query has not been resolved.

Obviously this high end company don’t care about their customers!!

LK Bennett’s return link will only let me return one of my items! And they are not replying to their emails so I cannot return my items!! I also paid for one item to be returned via a collected tracked return and I got no email to confirm this and no one arrived to collect the item!

Products arrived promptly. Web site was easy to use.

Lovely sandals, well packed and presented and prompt delivery. Unfortunately for me they were unsuitable but will shop again.

Both tops were really nice but one was a lot smaller than the other despite both being the same size

Customer service very disappointing waiting for LK to respond since 19th August! Charged me twice for delivery I can’t access returns form!

I received the wrong order - meant for someone else. That was 5 days ago and still haven’t received my order, a replacement or refund
