Great service

The shoes ordered look exactly the same as on the picture. There was little delay in the delivery otherwise all good.

1st delivery arrived open and no paper work. Second delivery arrived a few days later. No message to say the delivery was coming in sperate deliveries. I also received an email saying one item wasnt in stock having ordered it. Surprised your systems arnt more forward in a. Accurate stock levels and b. Communicating when orders are part shipping.

The items purchased are perfect. Delivery was fast, I am delighted.

The sandals were a perfect fit and arrived when promised with all the corresponding communication arriving on time

I received a faulty item and I was informed that another item was out of stock although it was shown as available for two days after I received the aforementioned email. I returned the faulty item for a full refund but nobody ever replied to my emails about the other item.

I ordered three dresses. The payment was taken for all on them in two separate transactions but I haven’t received one over a week later! I have emailed them three times with only one response saying they are looking into what has gone wrong! I have tried calling on numerous occasions but they say email and they will help! Unfortunately I cannot get any help or my money refunded!

I ordered a size up on the shoes, as I have a fairly wide foot. They were still far too narrow and in the description there was no indication that the shoes would be that narrow.
Then I had to pay for the return - not happy and will not be buying from LK Bennet online again

I ordered two pairs of shoes to collect at store. I was notified the shoes had been delivered and my husband went to the store to collect. He was only given one pair and after a few calls and email to chase up I was informed that the shoes were returned and that if I wanted them I would have to order again despite having already paid for them! Not great customer service when I complained about this. Didn’t seem to care but possibly because the email is answered by a bot!

I wasn’t impressed with the delay in delivering the dress l ordered by delivery people. The dress was lovely.

Good Postage, email comms are the only two things one would expect when shopping online and neither was sufficient. No clarity on separate parcels, no consistency on packaging, no comms on order process or shipment. I once shopped from a fraduelent website by mistake, even they provided more info than LK bennett on online order.
