The assistant who advised me in the LK Bennett concession at Elys of Wimbledon was extremely helpful, went the extra mile and advised me to try to order my shoes online. I did so, they arrived in time for my son's wedding two days later . excellent service.

Placed order all good. Received an email 2 days later cancelling my order because they didn’t have the item in stock. Just not good enough. Not the first issue with Lk Bennet but will be the last. Shame shopped with you for year but just too inconsistent on meany leaves.

Jewellery arrived quickly and was exactly as described

I ordered 2 pairs of knee high boots, both expensive items, which were lovely but didn’t fit me. I wanted to send them back quickly so the refund could be processed as soon as possible. The return process was truly awful, your online system didn’t work, so I had to contact customer service. Email is an option, but in my opinion, doesn’t resolve the issue quickly and trying to call is almost impossible. It took me almost 3 days to obtain the 2 labels required for a return. Despite the large purchase, and to make things worse, I’m expected to pay for the return. Surely, free returns is appropriate, especially when returning to store isn’t an option if Apple Pay is used. I think the process should be far better for such a high end company. I will never shop with LKBennett again.

I placed two orders via the website because I had a gift card...I got a confirmation, my AmEx was charged, but then no email confirmation. Apparently the order did not go through. Same again the following day. I contacted customer service but the suggestion was just to place an order over the phone, specifying all the items I was interested in. In sum, an invitation for another waste of my time.

I had an issue with an item being dispatched but not delivered. The customer service team were amazing. They resolved the issue swiftly and considerately.

I ordered the most fab pair of gold sling backs and the delivery was great the shoes were great.
For me, due to odd shaped feet, the shoes were a bit too pointy. They are great quality and super for a special evening - you could wear them with a wedding outfit or cropped trousers and the look would have been great. I wish I could have kept them!

Let me start by saying I love LKBennett and I'm hoping my experience was a one off. I ordered a pair of shoes online to be delivered in store (Cheltenham) within 3-5 working days. I hadn't heard from the store after 5 days but decided to pop in anyway. My shoes had arrived. The staff were very apologetic and blamed a lack of staff for not informing me. I tried the shoes on in store only to find they were two entirely different styles (one a sledge, one a floret)! The staff were very apologetic and helped me to find a matching pair in store. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks later I get a text from the store to say my order had arrived. I called the store for clarification, they blamed a lack of staff - bless.

Love your mid heeled shoes. But now your design are all the same it would be lovely to have something different like you used to do. I have some lovely mid heeled shoes with a thin heel from you which are different.s

Bought the Navy blue pair, in the picture shown, the length of the trousers is above the model's ankle, that was one of the reasons l chose these trousers, the perfect length for heels, but strange enough they are much longer and l am 5.8f tall and just can't understand how do they cover my ankle, so it was disappointing. Also the fabric, it looked as it is thicker, a better/closer look/picture of the fabric would be helpful. Had to return unfortunately. Otherwise the quality is good.

Bought the Jemima Blouse. Beautiful, quality item. Bought in sale & had 15% off on top so delighted. It’s a pop over top so front buttons don’t undo which is great as there’s no gaping. Also photos look like the buttons are all different colours but they are all gold. I d say comes up a bit small so size up. Came beautifully wrapped & arrived on time.

I rediscovered LK Bennett after a few years of shopping elsewhere. The dress I purchased is beautiful it fits perfectly and the fabric is luxurious. I was very happy with the online ordering process and the delivery was quick and on schedule. Having considered all the positives of my purchase I do feel that the clothes are expensive and only affordable for special occasions. I waited for the sale to make my purchase and just hoped it was still available in my size.

I bought a pair of trousers in the sale - original price was £230, to collect in store. They went missing for a while but when they eventually arrived in store, they were crumpled and screwed up in a bag, looking like a donation to a jumble sale. I have taken them to the tailor for alteration to the length and pressing. I would have liked my purchase to be treated with more care, either placed on a hanger or carefully wrapped.
