No one replied to my email, submitted via help page. I received my parcel but no one bothered replying to my query about VAT for Guernsey.

Excellent customer service
When Evri damaged my order from LK Bennett beyond repair, LK Bennett immediately dispatched a replacement item. Customer services were courteous and efficient. The black cardigan in question is of an excellent quality and will be a used addition to my wardrobe.

The quality was rubbish especially for the amount I was paying! The button holes were already fraying when they arrived new (I wouldn’t even expect that level of poor quality from a cheaper store) and because I paid with Apple Pay they wouldn’t let me return it at a shop so now I have to pay £4.95 to post it back to them?? Absolute garbage

Postage refund
I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering from this company. Both items ordered in last 2 weeks reduced items , both were out of stock I was informed ( after paying ) I’m told refund on its way , it appears no postage refunded! Constantly tried to telephone , cut off or recorded message , e mailed them , obviously didn’t read said refund on way, no mention postage , in stock now full price ! I won’t order again

I regret to learn that your orders were cancelled, and I apologise for any trouble this may have caused.
At times, it may take a bit longer to refresh the stock levels on our website, which can result in some orders being cancelled once they arrive at the warehouse.
I would like to reassure you that you have not been charged for any of the cancelled orders.
The funds may still appear as pending in your account, but your bank will release them shortly if they haven't done so already.

LK Bennett online - 11 days and my item has still not shipped.
I was finally informed my package had gone missing. I was further informed I would be refunded. I received a refund for the missing item but not the postage. I order two items -I am later told one is out of sock and the other item is lost and 12 days later and I am still responsible for the postage. I would never shop with LK Bennett again!
11 days and my item has still not shipped. Customer services have been polite and helpful but 11 days is not acceptable after taking a customer's money.

Terrible customer service
I spent over £1000 on an order. I only received 1 item from the order with no update as to when anything else was coming
I contacted customer services and they told me “don't worry it’s coming” a week later I contacted them again to ask for details of when it was coming only for them to tell me it some of it been delivered (with no delivery confirmation and no sign of the delivery) and that the rest of the order would be cancelled as “they couldn’t locate it”
I would not recommend LK Bennett

This is my first time ordering from LK…
This is my first time ordering from LK Bennett and honestly will be the last. Given I spent well over £1000 I’m still yet to receive the items that I’ve been charged for. I have emailed customer services so many times with no answer. I will have to take this up with my credit card company to ensure that I am not paying for items I haven’t received. This is the worst customer service that I have received in a long long time and given it supposed to be a premium brand, I am disgusted, by the lack of care. It’s tantamount to fraud because I’ve paid for something I haven’t received. Avoid.

Slow delivery. Also, don’t think I should pay £4.95 to return sale items. Don’t know anywhere else that charges for returns- sale items or not.

I paid for next day delivery and items didn’t arrive for 5 days, too late for event, I’ve then had to pay for return, it’s been 8 days since I took them to be returned and still haven’t received notification that I will be refunded, I would never order from you again this service is extremely poor compared to others

We do offer DPD next working day delivery for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday, and any time on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
This is noted on the delivery page of our website and at the check out.
From checking our system, we can see that your order was placed on the Saturday, so it sadly missed the cut off same day dispatch.
We offer free returns for our Full Price items, however Sale item returns are chargeable. This is because of the level of discount applied to the Sale items, as they are classed as clearance products. If your order contains a Sale item the return is chargeable, if you wish to return.
This information is available for all customers to read and be aware of at any point during their purchase at the bottom of our website under our Help
Centre section.
We would also like to confirm, that it can take up to 14 days from the day the return arrives at the warehouse, for the refund to reach your account. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email to confirm this. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If for any reason the refund exceeds the time frame, please do let us know.
