They were very helpful. Easy to use portal and simple to book the survey.I really like the fact you get a phone consultation with the surveyor that completed the survey. Plus they also use a drone to enable them to get a good look at roof/ Chimney.

We are very happy customers. The survey report was thorough but also easy to understand. Especially their inspection using the drone is great. They found an issue with the roof tiles which can be difficult to find without it. They are very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly at the after survey call.

L&K are very good at what they do. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I’ve been extremely pleased on both occasions with their knowledge and professional attitude. They are well worth waiting for and the only Surveyors I could find who use a drone which is essential for a proper survey. Well done for providing a 5 star service yet again.

I have booked a survey with London and Kent Surveyors twice for two different properties and I recommend using them.
They are very knowledgeable, professional and explained things in great detail on the report, outlining everything you need to know. They were very friendly and down to earth making the whole experience a great one. I also got a discount to use them again but wanted to use them anyway, regardless of the discount as they did a great job the first time I used them. I also had to put the survey on hold for a number of weeks and the person I spoke to to do that was lovely too.

Very detailed and constructive comments which were published shortly after survey. Were able to undertake a Level 2 when another firm insisted a two storey extension on a 60’s house required Level 3!

The level 3 survey conducted for the property we planned to buy was very detailed and covered all aspects. Specially the report was easy to understand as associated with pictures from different angles. The post survey meeting with surveyor was very helpful as we received several valuable suggestions.

Really positive experience! The most affordable quote out of a lot of searching and the whole process was so quick. My surveyor was very friendly, I had to have some amendments to my survey which were completed quickly without any issues. Overall a great company I would definitely recommend!

Myself and my partner used London & Kent Surveyors for a level 2 survey of the house we are hoping to purchase. The process was simple and quick, they arranged everything and we were kept updated throughout. The report following the survey was provided quickly and was excellent.
