We have used Lloyd Whyte for some years and always found the staff friendly and really helpful on the phone. The company is always efficient at finding a good fit for our home insurance and answering all the questions I have about what is covered and what isn't.
This time I have found Matthew Lindsay very helpful. He took the time to listen to my queries and answered them clearly and helpfully.

Kelly and Alex were most helpful in helping me adapt my policy proposal to reflect some changes in my business. It is so helpful to be able to talk on the phone to professional and helpful people rather than being diverted to chatbots!!

Some forms used have been difficult to complete satisfactorily (usually because a yes/no answer is inappropriate) and inevitably I end up phoning the Company. This year was no exception, but my contact first with Kathy Middle and then Aisha Oaten settled all problems quickly, easily, and pleasantly - if expensively.
