Very clear instructions and documentation which was dealt with quickly within the 2 weeks timeframe originally given. Any extra information was also acted on quickly from all sides and Max was very good at getting back to me if I needed to do anything more! Everyone there made the experience go very smoothly and we're very attentive!

He assisted me with getting a second charge mortgage loan, providing me with exactly all the correct options that I needed for debt consolidation and some small home improvements.
