Quality product let down by delivery…
Quality product let down by delivery drivers…
Arrived a week sooner than booked… delivered to wrong address.. bashed up.
When eventually arrived.. via a friend.. one locker did not open with key provided..
To be fair to locker shop.. they sorted the issue quickly and efficiently… but they contract deliveries.. so ultimately responsible.

Great lockers, disappointing delivery
To be informed that the lockets will arrive 'any time between 9 and 5 on any day during this week' and if no one is available to receive them you will be charged for redelivery, resulted in us have to make sure staff were on 'locker watch' meaning staff couldn't take time off. Very frustrating.

Hit and miss communication
The initial communication was very good, you quickly replied to my request for a quote. However after raising the order on the 9th April I recieved no conformation. I then chased a deviery date on the 9th May but got no reply till the 16th May with a delivery date of the 6th June.

You did good - even after the manufacturer ness up the order but Mike sorted it out and the lockers are now installed at the Strathspey Railway.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the extended and altered delivery timescales. This was partly due to the Christmas closure and unexpected production delays. Our team is committed to improving our processes to ensure timely deliveries.
Poor communication, item still not received.
Ridiculous length of time to make and send. Delivery date was changed several times. No offer of compensation and therefore will not be recommending this company. Ordered this item at the beginning of November. Still not been delivered.

We always welcome all constructive feedback and we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service that you have received; however we do think that your comments are disingenuous and do not reflect the facts.
We try really hard to provide a good customer experience and we try hard to keep our customers informed throughout the order and delivery process and we feel it is important to respond to confirm the process and communication that did happen.
The delivery date has changed only once in this process and not the "several times" that your review states.
Your order was actually placed on 20th November and was not paid for by you until the 27th of November at which point the order is processed. This is far from "The beginning of November" as your review states
We have replied to you directly by email with the full order history and from this is clear that we have communicated with you at every point of the order and delivery process to keep you updated and informed.(10x emails and telephone calls)
We emailed to confirm the original delivery schedule of 10th Jan and we have subsequently informed you by email of the delay and the revised delivery schedule of 27th Jan.
You called (Telephone) requesting compensation and we asked you to email your complaint and request for compensation so it could be considered but you did not do this.
I am disappointed that you feel the only way you could share your concerns is by a public platform instead of contacting us directly to address your issue and in turn have misrepresented what has happened.
