I’m only giving one star be cause I can’t leave a review with 0 stars! Just Awful they steal from consumers that are trusting them to deliver merchandise adverted. Total fraud. They send fake tracking numbers with times. And they are all fake locations.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I ordered merchandise over a month ago. They are saying it was delivered, but cannot give me any proof of documentation of delivery. I do not have a delivery. Nothing has been delivered to my address. They keep ignoring my request for my money to be returned or my merchandise to be delivered to me. I do mail order delivery with almost everything I get. I know how it works. Everyone takes pictures to show proof of delivery show me that proof of delivery. I know what my home looks like. I know what’s out front. What’s out? What’s on the side? I know when I’m home, but I’m not I have four cameras in the front of my house to shows everything. I have pictures of people coming and pick people going. No one made a delivery to my home. Do not patronize these people if I do not get my merchandise for money, they will not have a business. Please do not patron knives down. I do not want anyone to go through what I’m going through. They have you seen my money and I’ve got no merchandise. We need to shut this business down.

I ordered a dress for my mother's 90 birthday. The dress never arrived. They claimed to have shipped it by FedEx, the tracking number was not a FedEx tracking number. I was in contact with someone from their customer service all along. I told her that if my item did not arrive in time I would be demanding a full refund including shipping. Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. They seem like a fraudulent company.

J ai passé une commande que je n ai jamais reçu. Par contre, le colis est marqué livré . J ai envoyé plein d emails , je reçois que des messages automatiques. Aucun agent disponible pour me parler, aucune preuve de livraison. Je vais le mentionner sur les réseaux sociaux.

I paid $50. They refunded $20! These people are scammers. I keep sending emails demanding full repayment. I’m retired so I have nothing else to do. Lol

I placed an order for jeans back in March, they say it was delivered and signed for, but they couldn’t verify it. I never received the item and they would not reimburse me.

I wish I saw these reviews before. Complete Fraud! I bought clothes on Pinterest recommendations. The parcel never arrived. They won’t even give me postage details or tracking number. Neither refund or resend the item. Person named Chiara Rossi gave the package details of FEDEX which don’t even exist. I lost my money! Contacted Pinterest, but they won’t take any responsibility. However, advertises the fraud sellers. If this was in UK, it would be strictly dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish there was a platform for direct google reviews.

I ordered five outfits from this company 4/6/26. I have not received my merchandise as of today 6/10/26. I have sent two emails to their customer service email address requesting a full refund. I received one from them stating that I should go to the local distributors and post office to see if they have my package. Are you kidding me? I live in a pretty large city. Bottom line DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have reported them to my bank and their fraud department is doing an investigation.
Again…DO NOT ORDER FTOM THIS COMPANY!

Order 6 items from them. They sent an initial email saying that they had been sent. Then, nothing. No way of tracking it. Never came, two months now. Lost $130. SCAM. No way to report. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

They are robbing money from people this website is not recomandable.

I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I ordered 3 dresses, they did not come . Checked with my local post office and with the tracking number they provided. There was no knowledge of this package. Now the company only wants to give me 10 percent of my money back.

Scam. did not get the dress. Chiara told me it was delivered but it was not . Very frustrating and I want a refund

Since I never received the merchandise and your tracking information is invalid, I am demanding an immediate refund. I also intend to report this fraudulent activity.
