They gave me a tracking number that the USPS, UPS and FedEx have no way to track for me????

Made my order, it was lost beacuse of the transporter they contracted and alray more than 1 month ago...they tell me that will refund 60% and will not send other items and keep saying that it was delivered but they do not send a delivery proof.
Beware of merchant
I ordered clothing items from Logiclux.com after seeing their products advertised online. The tracking eventually showed “delivered,” however the courier/shipping company confirmed that the tracking number provided does not exist and cannot be verified.
Despite numerous emails, the company could not provide:
* a valid waybill,
* courier proof,
* shipment confirmation,
* or signed delivery evidence.
Instead, they repeatedly offered only a 35% refund while still failing to prove the parcel was ever shipped.
Buyers should exercise caution before purchasing from this website.
Never received order
I never received the order although LogicLux, when they finally answered my customer inquiry, said it had been signed for. I guess I'm out $53 unless I can get a refund somehow. They are very unresponsive and I would never do business with them again. I'm just glad it wasn't more.
Such a bad company
Such a bad company. Did not even get the order, do not communicate back when make enquiries. Cannot track the order with number given, as not given any place to search for item, says delivered…. But where.

La mia esperienza con questa azienda è stata estremamente deludente. Nonostante la possibilità di monitorare la spedizione del pacco, il numero di tracciamento fornito era invalido e il corriere indicato era solo un generico "Other". Il pacco non è mai arrivato, anche se l'azienda lo indicava come consegnato.
Le risposte ricevute dal servizio clienti sembravano generiche e prodotte da un sistema di intelligenza artificiale. Inizialmente, mostrano disponibilità chiedendo tempo per verificare, ma finiscono con un semplice dispiacere per l'accaduto. Mi è stato offerto un rimborso del 10%, che è salito al 45% dopo il mio rifiuto, per poi sparire completamente senza alcun contatto ulteriore. Alla fine, sono rimasto senza merce e senza il rimborso promesso. Evitate questa azienda se volete evitare problemi simili.
I ordered 5 items never got them
I ordered 5 items never got them , followed their order help process , sent several emails letting them know my item wasn’t received and even waited to see if they would at least replace and no response . I sent two refund emails no reply and it even shows I didn’t select receive either. Gave all details no reply s on I will be filing complaint with bbb and ftc. I’ll never order from them again.
