Booked a trip 3 weeks ago from ireland to Spain. Can’t contact them, phone number doesn’t work. Emailed them and nothing. My flight is with aerlingus, and I called them for any type of confirmation and they said that Logitravel haven’t accepted the booking yet. So I don’t have a way to know if my holidays are happening or not, because nobody answers. And now, if I want to cancel my trip because I don’t have any feedback from anyone, they keep almost all the money, and I had to work hard the whole year to be able to afford a holiday. I just need answers. Horrible service. And this is all pre-holiday, let’s see if I just booked a robbery instead of a holiday.

After reviewing your file, we have verified that on 5 October, the relevant department sent you an email confirming your booking. In the email, you will find your airline's booking reference (6-letter code). In any case, today, 21 October, the relevant department has sent you a new email with further information. Please check your email (inbox and spam folder).
