It was the first time my young grandson had been to a Football Stadium. He was in awe from the time we got there until, it was time to leave. Had a wonderful experience.

Great tour of the stadium on a wet miserable rainy day. Graham was our tour guide who made the visit a fun and informative.

Thoroughly enjoyed the West Ham tour with my husband and especially with first class guide Graham who was very knowledgeable, funny and made it such an enjoyable experience for us - well impressed and totally recommend - all staff at the Stadium shop and Cafe were brilliant and very helpful too.

I booked the wrong date for our tour.

I tried so many times to call the contact number for them but no answer. Emailed them and within 20 mins they had replied and changed the date for our booking free of charge. Very happy with that service little disappointed i can't get hold of them on the phone but with them emailing back so fast and fixing what was my error free, very happy.

Graham made it absolutely brilliant, because he is such a lovely person and the knowledge he had was second to none.

Great tour guide (Graham) hosted us. The tour was a comfortable pace and covered the history of West ham and the stadium. Great to see the tunnel, the home dressing room and pitch.

The tour was very informative. Graham was a lovely tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was more than happy to take photos of everyone and gave you enough time to look around and take photos. The tour was suitable for accessability which was a bonus.

We were told to meet in the cafe and were greeted by our tour guide Craig. He did a great job showing us around the stadium with interesting facts and some funny jokes. Would highly recommend to any football fan but especially West Ham Fans! A great behind the scenes look on what a match day feels and looks like and good value for money too.

Great experience and we'll worth the cost. Graham our guide was very knowledgeable and made plenty of time for questions and a few dad jokes;)

We booked the tour for our son's birthday, 4 adults and 2 children went. It was great! We had Craig as our tour guide and he had so much knowledge on the ground and the history of the club. He also had a great sense of humour and was very easy to talk to. Safe to say our son had the best time, and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it too.

London Stadium tour was excellent, very informative and the tour host Craig was very good with a vast knowledge of West Ham. Well worth a visit. 👍

Listening to Anton Ferdinand talk about his experiences and his love for West Ham was inspiring. He sounded like what he is a true fan.

Craig made for a fun tour and even as Leeds fans made us feel welcome. Great tour!
