The quality of the top soil I ordered was full of twigs stones and bark. Totally unsuitable for seeding my lawn. I had to spend hours raking and sifting it to get the quality suitable for seeding.

Come to the Sevenoaks yard to collect some Rolawn Medallion turf, Staff was very polite and helped load the car for me.

I was pleased with the content of the delivery but it was pure luck I was there when he arrived as it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 1st July and it came first thing the day before on the Tuesday when I was heading off to Wimbledon

Sent me two delivery slots for top soil. Didn't make either of them. Didn't call to explain. I had to chase. First time no answer, left a message, no response. Called back, spoke to someone who said they'd call deliveries and call me back - no call back. I called back again (3rd time) and spoke to someone who gave a confused response about some mix up with deliveries. No meaningful attempt to rectify the issue today. I have landscapers on site and this has cost me a fortune. The worst part is I have had to chase all of this, not a single courtesy call to let me know there was an issue. Appalling customer service.

The biodiverse turf arrived in very good condition, easy comms from the team who had to change the delivery day, and lovely delivery driver!

Hugely expensive delivery charge applied when booked two weeks in advance, then failed to deliver.
