London Lawn Turf Opiniones 

I was going to be away when the turf and top soil were to be delivered. I stipulated that it was to be delivered in the morning. My gardener had to wait until it arrived at 15.30, 3 hours late. I have photo, of the topsoil, balanced on top of 18 square.metres of turf which is damaged. I went to the office in Bagshot to complain, nobody was interested. As I walked out of the door, someone shouted "sorry!" Nobody answers the phone, they didn't ask who I was, or where the stuff had been delivered to. Order number, nothing.

Quality turf and top soil arrived within the time slot, and the driver did an excellent job of getting it as near to our house as possible. He also imparted a few tips that were useful. Would recommend.

Ordered and paid for only to be told the next day that they didn’t deliver to my area. Fair enough but should have allowed me to order in the first place. As yet I have not received my money back. 14/08/2024.
