Placed my order on the 8th march took money out in minutes no correspondence and no order!!!!

I placed my order Tuesday 8/3/22. They took my money in minutes!! I have phoned numerous times a day. No answer or no response after I've left messages. I have also used their "contact us" system AND individual email address.
I HAVE HAD 1 RESPONSE!
Citing supply and delivery issues BUT did confirm that I would receive a special delivery of order tomorrow?!
Let's see because I haven't received courier tracking etc, so I very much doubt it.
To give the clinic 1 more chance to deliver, I will update this positively if I do indeed receive my delivery tomorrow. But for now BEWARE.

Been using Saxenda injections last 3 weeks and already seen big difference in weight loss ,
Wish I knew about this product before as I
Have spent a lot money on other supplements and hasn’t worked for me.
Also this company always answer the phone and have been very helpful showing how to inject yourself and any questions explained.
Definitely recommend this company.

I have ordered my Saxenda pen 3 days ago. I have no updates whatsoever. I tried ringing them with no answer and at last filled up the enquiry form. I just saw the reviews and now I am worried about my item whether it will be dispensed. So unfortunate that I failed to look up the reviews before placing the order.

So my first 2 orders went amazingly shipped super quickly but this time I ordered 3 early Mon morning and still nothing iv emailed several times no answer Iv run out of my saxenda now and still no one's emailed me back if its not sent today its going to be atleast Tues 8 days after I ordered its not good enough and I don't think after this il be using you again esp when I recommend you to all my friends!

Like others have mentioned there have been some supply issues recently. There was therefore a delay with Saxenda being dispatched however I understand that this may have been outwith their control.

What is within their control is the way they communicate with customers which is fairly poor in terms of updates, a complaint was sent to them 4 days ago regarding incorrect charging and the lack of receipt of a promised item - no reply to this email as yet.

There are now many suppliers of Saxenda, I don't see that my future purchase will be via LSC.

Hi I placed an order but had no email or response

Edited: Originally I had no contact from LSC however have now had an email to advise there was a UK wide supply issue which has been resolved. Have been advised package will arrive tomorrow.
Ordering was simple, just one star dropped as i had to chase for an update rather than the company keeping me informed.

I ordered and paid for Saxenda on the Friday but received no email or confirmation about anything. I emailed them Them the same day and received a response confirming that my order has gone through and that my order would be sent out on Monday and delivered Tuesday due to fridge requirements and that was great, it’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t received my Saxenda or any emails regarding confirmation or delivery!
I have emailed several times with no response and tried to call them but nobody is available to take my call.
I am growing concerned now as I saved the money for the Saxenda and cannot afford to lose it. I will update review once I have received a response from London slimming clinic.
Update : London slimming clinic do contact me on the day I made this review and the person I spoke to informed me of the delivery situation and that it was all sorted now…
The person also apologised profusely about the lack of communication and said there was no excuse that I hadn’t received a confirmation email or receipt for my purchase and then emailed me as I was on the phone which was great, so the response from the clinic on this review does not reflect the situation and makes it look like they have done everything right..
I have no other issues about the clinic but I do refuse to be made out a liar about what happened in the clinic’s response to this review…

The service is the best! I emailed them and within half an hour got a call back to discuss the questions I had. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

just wish someone would respond to my email??? been waiting a while and with something medical it is a bit nerve wracking to not have anyone respond

My goodness I emailed this company and expected a reply, maybe next day and within 15minutes I had a reply- the order was sorted !
Not only is saxenda fantastic the company is fantastic too !!

I have ordered from London Slimming Clinic 3 times now. First time I rang them for advice and was gives personalised and detailed information. I’ll be going to them for as long as I need to take Saxenda.

Really informative website, the information pamphlets that came with the pens were extremely helpful and talks you through how to use, and what to expect!

I have ordered twice from London Slimming Clinic and they have been so easy to work with! My second delivery was sent back in error by DPD and Mo at the clinic helped get my parcel sent back out to me within two days and didn’t charge me any extra for delivery as it wasn’t my error. Their customer service is 10/10 and Mo kept me informed about my parcel at all times. I can’t thank you enough for getting my order back out to me! Thank you!

I was ordering Saxenda from another company and decided to try London Skimming Clinic. I completed a consultation in the morning, got a call from them an hour later and received my Saxenda the following day. Amazing service and prices. I highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed and not happy. I have only just got around to trying to use my Saxenda pen. I ordered two. They are both faulty. I followed the instructions. I put a needle on. Turned the pen to **- until I got a drop at the tip of the needle. At first the dial went to 0 but after a few more attempts it stopped moving. So I tried the other pen. Exactly the same happened. I even tried putting the dial higher and it still doesn't return to 0. What now? Can't contact the clinic as it looks like they are closed. Permanently??

Do not trust this company. Their customer service is awful and I am not sure if their product is authentic. There website is now down.

I have only purchased Saxenda from chemists online and they have been a lengthy process and you pay before your application is even considered. This is not only the best price I have ever come across for this product you get a fast decision and only pay upon approval. From payment I had the product in my hand 48 hours later would have been sooner but the clinic missed the post I know this as they emailed me straight away. Just an excellent service from start to finish thank you Hina x
