A pleasure to do business with
Helpful and friendly with clear enthusiasm for the lighting that they are re-purposing and selling – it’s what makes purchasing something an enjoyable experience. The lights arrived when they said they would very quickly and well packaged without any fuss - this is how it should be!

I'm sorry about your experience. Our discount codes are emailed to you automatically. Then the code must be applied at checkout in the relevant box. It isn't something that is applied in retrospect I'm afraid. The code is still valid if you haven't used it though, so please feel free to use it at any point. Again I'm sorry your experience wasn't perfect this time.
