Our retro lighting fixtures are carefully selected and restored by hand in our UK workshop ready for contemporary interiors and outdoor living spaces. Our collection includes vintage industrial wall lights, outdoor lighting, ceiling and strip lights, bulkhead lights, cage lights, and table and floor lamps. All our lighting can be shipped internationally and we provide UL-listed and CE-approved components. We supply both private and commercial clients, making our lighting the perfect choice for hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars and other hospitality trades. Excellent Service and Quality Product
The lights were exactly as described. Andrew and Victoria were very good at communicating and keeping us updated on delivery status.
It was an absolute breeze and pleasure dealing with Loomlight and would recommended them for their service. We are now waiting on putting up the lights and enjoying them as a feature on our kitchen bench

Generally we are able to restock the majority of our items as we have good connections with our suppliers. However due to the nature of our lighting, being vintage & reclaimed, it’s not always possible to re-stock immediately. We are implementing a quantity tracking system since this unfortunately happened to you Vince. Thanks again for your feedback.

lovely lights but bad costumer service
Absolutely lovely lights but costumer service and delivery communication is terrible. Not even mentioning that I waited over a month for my light and after forgetting about it I contacted them and had a very rude response and cero communication from then.

I’m sorry you felt that way. You emailed about your concern that you hadn’t received an order confirmation at which point I advised it may be in your junk folder. We were by no means rude, so perhaps something was misunderstood in the email. We are very happy to chat by phone to resolve any concerns.

It takes a long time to Start shipping. I pay the full price with tax uk. After shipment i have to Pay 330€ tax in Germany. No tax refund. No hint on the page. Last time Loomlight, Sorry, to expensive.

Hi Gero, I'm sorry this order has been problematic.
Because the order was placed on 29th Dec before the UK left the EU, tax was applied to your order. The order took longer than expected due to delays at UK ports, as a result of Brexit and Covid-19, so it arrived with you after the UK left the EU. Which has caused tax to be applied to your order again in Germany.
We completely understand that you have been caught in the cross fire, which seems unfair. I will email you separately.

Absolutely terrific product
Absolutely terrific product - stunning craftmanship. The firm was really helpful especially during the current pandemic and challenges to collection / delivery. Unfortunately the glass tubes were damaged during transit but the company sorted out replacement glass immediately and it was delivered intact promptly. We're so impressed we're looking to buy more lighting. Definitely recommended.

Ordered the lights from Victoria
Ordered the lights from Victoria, who was very helpful and she sourced the larger lamps we required. We bought 8 lights and they were shipped promptly and well packed due to the glass.
The units we bought are heavy solid ship brass units for outside of a Victorian house. We had to match the lights with brass screws as they don't come with fittings. They look fabulous and of period and should last forever
