Excellent product but almost more importantly was the communication regarding the anticipated delivery, it was exceptional.

Warehouse was well-signed, easy to find, with no wait. The warehouse attendant was friendly and helped me load the box in my car. Saved myself a delivery fee!

As previously mentioned, this delivery was to replace our existing lounge that sagged and stretched within weeks of delivery. We are very hopeful that our replacement lounge is a better quality than our original purchase, but can already see that the filling on the chaise is uneven.
The workmanship on these lounges is just very very poor. They are cheaply made with zero care and attention. Do yourself a favour and go to Fantastic Furniture. You’ll get better quality. What you see in the showroom is not what gets delivered. It’s like shopping on Temu!!😩
As with our first lounge delivery, the two men delivering our replacement and removing our first lounge were punctual, efficient, polite and considerate. I could not fault the delivery at all.

Murilo and Diego were so helpful and attentive when delivering my couch, and it wasn’t an easy access for them! I feel they went above and beyond. Very much appreciated!

Coming out to the warehouse for the pick up was really easy. I have recommended some better signage for where to park for pick up of a purchase. Otherwise, very smooth process and text message model

It was so easy to order online, I honestly thought delivery was going to take weeks but it didn’t! I could choose a Saturday delivery and I got updates during the day on the ETA. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful even though they had a big day behind them as we were the last job for the day. Fantastic service from beginning to end thank team. The chairs are fantastic too! Highly recommend! 10/10
