Louise is an absolutely incredible woman with such a gorgeous business! I was able to pay a certain amount of money a month and as soon as this had been paid she resized my ring and then sent it immediately after. I received it the next day and I am over the moon with it! So much more beautiful than I had imagined and very shiny and clean. I will go to Louise for all of my vintage/antique ring needs from now on!

Bought a ring from Louise after falling in love with the beautiful pictures she had of it online! Louise customer service was wonderful and the quality of the vintage ring is really good. The jeweller that engraved my ring back at home even said it herself! The only thing that I was a little bummed over was that the ring wasn’t cleaned beforehand - however, nothing that warm water and soap couldn’t quickly fix!

I bought a large citrine ring that looked exactly like the photos online. The sparkle and shine of the stone is gorgeous. All in all a very affordable bit of bling and with it being pre-loved better for the environment too! The packaging was great with a handwritten note inside which I thought was a lovely touch. Louise responded to my queries quickly even though it was almost the bank holiday weekend so very happy with the customer service too. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
