I was surprised to be phoned so quickly after filling out my info online but very pleased as our el electricity supply for the next three years was sorted out to my satisfaction; I didn't have to sit in a phone queue, the phone line was clear and above all I had a direct email and phone link with one very helpful person who answered all my questions and sorted any issues.
