Second time I’ve used Love Energy, friendly, efficient-quite refreshing.

Unacceptable, the worst company to deal with . I think you should tell your costumers about hidden costs and length of contract before making them to sign anything.

Helpful attitude. Answered questions promptly, clearly and politely. And got a competitive quote across to me in double quick time.

Awaiting switchover of new electricity supplier. Competative costs in the current market. so far so good in the processing of changing over. However, smart meter had to be installed and I waiting on that day and it didn't take place. One blip !

The communication was excellent and professional, not pushy.
We had unfortunately experienced the deaths of two parents recently and the gentleman was so understanding and did not push and left space and time before contacting again. Very grateful

got my details wrong when passed over to new contract, and i have been given wrong information on monthly outgoings, then i called to cancel after only 3 days and was told they couildnt cancel on my behalf
