Love Luxe Opiniones

I’ve used love luxe since it’s early inception and I can safely say that the service has remained fantastic from then until now.
Everything I’ve purchased from Charlotte has been of high quality and of great value. I thoroughly recommend Love Luxe.

I have made 2 purchases from Loveluxe and couldn’t be happier with the services and the quality of the products, as well as the Super fast next-day delivery!

Will definitely recommend

I have bought a few items from Love luxe, and have been impressed with their quality, and how well priced they are. Shipping is always prompt, and the items are always impeccably packaged. The company is highly professional and trustworthy.

Great communication regarding purchase of shoes and next day delivery, fantastic service ! Highly recommend :)

I’m part of a WhatsApp group for my shoe size. Communication was a little slow when asking for further info which I now know was because the owner was away but after confirming everything the shoes were delivered the next day and I am so impressed with them. I would definitely purchase again and considering consigning my own luxury items in the future.

Great shopping experience, quick to communicate and deliver. Scarf exactly as described. It will be a lovely gift, thank you.

I always promised my girlfriend a pair of black patent louboutins and finally got some at a decent price. I can't wait to see her reaction on Christmas! Though I haven't seen the shoes as they are beautifully wrapped I'm sure they are goregous and the wrapping is amazing. Thank you so much for supplying affordable luxury and soon as you have some louboutin boots let me know as they look great also!

I found the website by chance, as I always promised my girlfriend a pair of louboutin heels and I have been keeping an eye on the website for her size and finally one day they had perfect size for her and the colour she wants so I got them straight away! Now I have not seen them but i am sure they are good as they are for her christmas present, but the package is beautifully wrapped and I am sure are perfect. I cant wait to see her in them and her recation as I know she will look stunning. So thank you for providing luxury items like these at affordable prices will defiently be back for myself next!

So happy with service received, belt is beautiful, looks brand new. I was kept fully updated with delivery tracking info, lovely packaging and card inside, really appreciate the personal touches. I would definitely recommend Love Luxe and have my eye on a Gucci bag now! :)

Item as described; communication amazing bag delivered next working day
Will definitely be ordering again

Bought a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes from Charlotte. Her service is impeccable, very friendly and super quick at posting the shoes out. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from her. I’ll be back for more!

Arrived in 2 days - I love them they are just perfect 🙏💕

Excellent product and service, very reasonable, highly recommend

Had a couple of designer items I wanted to sell had numerous quotes but went with love luxe after seeing the reviews very quick response from these guys I posted my items and within a few hours of being delivered after authentication love luxe sent my payment over excellent service will use again shortly

From initial enquiries about the colour of the shoes i was interested in, until the shoes reached me (in less than 24 hours i may add) nothing stopped short of excellent customer service from this company!
The seller even took shoes out to the daylight and sent me a video to satisfy my curiosity of the colour as it had to be just right for my event, and she made me feel like even though i hammered her with questions, nothing was too much trouble! I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely shop from here again!

Excellent all round professional service. I cannot fault the whole process from contacting, sending my items and getting paid was all done promptly. Highly recommended

I have purchased and been extremely happy from love luxe before so I decided to sell a couple of my preloved items. The staff were very efficient and kept me up to date throughout. The process was so simple and so stress free! Would highly recommend for buying and selling. Thankyou ladies xx

Excellent service. Charlotte is extremely helpful and very fast at replying to messages in WhatsApp. I purchased three pairs of shoes and they where delivered quickly and so well packaged. Thankyou Charlotte as alway you never fail to impress

Absolutely amazing service, super fast delivery. The bag is beautiful and well packed. Such a fab price too. I'll definitely be purchasing from here again xx

I had my review deleted cause I thought I could get to a solution to my problem in a better and serious way (I was not asking for my money back because I had read the T&C before, a simple message would have been enough), but sadly since all I got was kicked out of the WhatsApp group, I will keep it up.
The bag I got was a counterfeit, it has no serial number and the dust bag is clearly fake. Do not spent your money here and if you do, please ask for all the serial numbers and proof other than an entrupy certificate.
I hate leaving negative reviews but I am really disappointed by Charlotte.
